The pizza is noteworthy for its distinctive dough, soft and thick, and particularly flavorful. It's also available in versions made with local multigrain flour and yeast-free, made with a wheat hydrolyzation process. The hummus pizza is completely plant-based, tasty, and satisfying. The Norma pizza, with smoked ricotta and eggplant, is excellent. Unfortunately, the space is cramped and therefore noisy, with tables inevitably crowded together, and the service is quick but basic, without any particular attention. Tables are set with paper placemats. Prices are average.

The pizza was delicious thanks to its light and delicious dough, the waitresses were friendly, and the bill was charged €4 more for service, I think due to the tourist location.

The pizza was... good — nothing I haven’t had before, but good enough. However, the experience was overshadowed by how rushed and transactional it all felt. When we arrived, we were told the table was reserved and that we had to leave in an hour — despite there being no sign on the table. Throughout our stay, we noticed the same message being given to every group of tourists that came in. It seemed like a tactic to keep people moving and maximize turnover, which made the atmosphere feel cheap and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

A small, award-winning pizzeria chain, Berberè stands out for its wonderfully soft and light Neapolitan-style dough. For an additional €1.50, the "hydrolyzed" and "multigrain" versions are also available. Although Berberè's pizzas are smaller than average, the thick crust (which can be accompanied with a sauce, +€2.50) and generous toppings make them delicious and filling. The Norma (€10.50)—with eggplant and salted ricotta—and the Hummus (€10.50), a great vegan option, are particularly excellent.
Berberé loses a star for its small and noisy location and for its insufficiently spaced tables. The service, rather impersonal and not always smiling, also has room for improvement.

It's a casual place, but the pizza is heavenly. I recently recommended the Crudo e Burrata menu item. The pizza is fantastic; even the regular margherita was very good. My only suggestion would be to add a Polish menu, as other languages are available after scanning the QR code. The menu is quite unclear. The ingredients are named so in a way that it's difficult to figure out what each pizza comes with. This doesn't change the fact that the pizza is the best I've ever had. The prices are very reasonable.

This pizzeria is located in one of Verona's most beautiful squares. What makes it truly special, in my opinion, is that, in addition to the traditional pizza, they offer a hydrolyzed dough, meaning no added yeast whatsoever. This is something I've never tried before. I must admit, I was truly impressed. Easy to digest, guaranteed. The pizza chef then served it already sliced into gourmet slices. I'll definitely be back. The friendly and knowledgeable wait staff also deserves praise. I recommend making a reservation because the place isn't very large and fills up quickly. 5 stars is the minimum.

I 4 pallini perché abbiamo mangiato in esterno e la location tutt'attorno non ha prezzo, sennò sarebbero stati 3.
Pizzeria che adotta la politica, a mio avviso discutibile, del taglio a spicchi che non è derogabile in nessun modo.
Non è la prima volta che la mangio e devo ribadire il fatto che non mi fa impazzire: non ho sentito alcun profumo e l'impasto è un po troppo gommoso.
