We ate the pizza (and dessert) in perfect cordiality with the service staff. The quality of the products is excellent and the organization is exemplary.

3 stars for the room we were in, high up on the stairs, with a bit of a smell from the kitchen and heat in the theater and people smoking on the terrace at the end. 4 stars for the service because the dishes did not arrive at the same time for the 4 diners, since the waiter had to go back and forth. One of my favorite pizzerias in Rome

The service leaves a lot to be desired. Upon our arrival, we approached the waiter informing him of our reservation. Instead of managing the situation directly, he consulted with the manager, who continued to talk to him about us as if we were not present, without deigning us to communicate directly. Subsequently, the waiter was uncourteous and inattentive: he did not listen to orders accurately and seemed confused as to who had ordered what. A clear example was when, after serving two beers to the boys, he left the third among them, rather than handing it to the person who had actually ordered it. Yet, it was the same waiter who took the order. The service of the dishes was also chaotic: we were served the fried foods, but one was wrong. Furthermore, while we were still eating (and considering that the fried food was quite abundant), they brought us the pizzas – but only three out of four, leaving the only girl who hadn't ordered the fried food for last. Although the pizzas were good, with a particularly appreciated hydrolysis dough and quality raw materials, the service was disappointing and unprofessional, leaving us with a very bad impression.

I often come to this place, one of the best in Rome in terms of ingredients and pizza dough. This time I had to change my mind: 3 of the 4 pizzas we had were bland and it was not pleasant to share them. Too bad

Fantastic dough. Stone-ground organic flours. Excellent raw materials and seasonal varieties. Unfortunately the tomato used is not up to par. Terrible. The internal acoustics are also terrible and do not allow you to talk easily at the table, the environment is too noisy, especially on the upper floor.
