Le pizze si possono avere con tre tipi di impasto e vengono piacevolmente servite già tagliate in otto spicchi. Molto digeribili. Sicuramente consigliabile

Great food. All the ingredients are quality and the dough is interesting (even without added yeast with natural leavening). The staff is always very kind and attentive. Nothing to complain about. We will also try the San Lorenzo location.

Pizza dough very good, less the topping with little quantity and not exceptional quality. The guys in the dining room are very polite and helpful, but in the end the Service was unfortunately disappointing. Slowness on our arrival, slowness in ordering, mix-ups on the menu and above all little empathy from the staff. Totally disappointing desserts and of poor quality, only the sorbet worthy of note. The bill too high for the quality and service offered.

My mother and I returned and this time we were once again satisfied. We didn't want to miss the new summer pizza Babganoush and we both liked it a lot both for the impact and the combination of ingredients. In addition, the staff, like the previous times, was welcoming, attentive and quick in service.

Pizza buonissima, sia per la base (multicereali, saporita e croccante) che per la farcitura (fresca, gustosa e ben bilanciata)! Servizio ottimo! Bravi!

Ristrot San Pietro

19/07/2025: We ate here 3 nights out of 4 during our stay in Rome, trying something different every night. The staff were friendly and talkative, and spoke multiple languages. The menu consisted of many different meals including pasta, pizza, and burgers. There was only one night we had a starter but we chose the cold meat platter for 2 which was probably enough for 3. I would recommend the basil and pistachio lasagne, which was to die for as was the Bolognese lasagna (no need for a side salad). But the real treats are the desserts especially the pannacotta and tiramisu. The view from the restaurant was the top of St Peter's basilica (which was ruined by the burger king on the opposite side of the road). But the staff and food definitely make up for it Would definitely give this restaurant a try.
16/05/2025: We were served by Simone, the treatment was great, the quality/price was incredible and the location is fantastic with views of St. Peter's dome.
