Cozy place and helpful and friendly staff. Interesting menu, good food from starters to meat main courses. I was a little disappointed by the truffle carbonara, I was expecting something more. As a second course, the really good braised beef. Overall we had a very good time, given the quality of the menu offered we paid the right price. To return.

Excellent dinner. The very kind welcome of the waiter already predisposes positively to the dinner. Ate a fresh pasta alla gricia revisited with the addition of porcini mushrooms: excellent for preparation, quality of the raw material and abundant quantity. Appetizer of breaded and fried cardoncelli mushrooms, really very good. Honest prices in relation to the value of the restaurant. Truly recommended restaurant.

Everything was excellent from starters to desserts! Nothing to say... both the service and the dishes were impeccable. Attention to detail and beautiful ideas. I will definitely come back.

Truly a magical place! Competent staff, delicious food (I would like to point out the slow food presidium Abruzzo black pig). The restaurant offers an outdoor terrace with a view and a large and essential interior. Wine of note proposed by the house: testamozza 2021 sangiovese cascina morisci

The food was typical of the region and fantastic. Prices for wine are also rather cheap. The staff was very polite, very attentive and not intrusive. Atmosphere well maintained and probably with a great view of Rome if you can sit outside. No tourists.

We had a really good time, the menu is not classic and the dishes are very good, presented well. We will be back! Good work

Eccellente. Ottimi antipasti. Pappardelle al ragù buonissime. Il brasato straordinario, con cottura perfetta. Che dire? Eravamo in sette e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti. Io tornerò. Assolutamente consigliato.

Very nice place with a view of Rome, excellent quality food presented very well...I liked the combination of tastes in the food, compliments to Chef Alain and to all the workers who made sure that today in Frascati I ate something different starting from the Roman traditions. .Thank you

I feel like giving 5 stars to this truly satisfying place. Apart from a small misunderstanding on the initial booking which the staff handled wonderfully, we really appreciated everything. Starting from a suggestive panorama (castles are castles!), passing through a highly courteous, kind and prepared staff, up to the accurate, studied and surprisingly delicate gastronomic proposal. Dishes that are highly pleasing to the eye and the palate. I highly recommend the ravioli and the uncle husband but, even more so, the roast pumpkin, delicate but decisive at the same time. To conclude with some wonderful desserts, including lemon curd which really cleanses the palate and concludes the experience by creating that perfect sense of satiety but without being heavy. Congratulations 🙏

Siamo stati molto bene. Cibo in piccole quantità ma con qualità ottima degli ingredienti che si sente ad ogni boccone. Abbiamo preso come antipasto dei fiori di zucca che personalmente non mi hanno fatto impazzire. I primi spettacolari , super buoni sia il mio che quello di mio marito (cappellacci e carbonara). 5 stelle anche ai dolci .. abbiamo provato semifreddo e cheesecake entrambi molto piccoli ma un vero viaggio di sapori davvero spettacolare e da riprendere. Una nota molto positiva anche all ‘ educazione e gentilezza del personale
