I returned last week to this restaurant I've known for years, and as always, it didn't disappoint. The menu is truly delicious, the kind that makes you want to try everything. You read a dish and think, "Okay, I'll have this," then you keep reading and change your mind three more times. You can tell there's been care and research 🤩 The service was excellent, attentive and kind, without being intrusive. And something I really appreciated: even though it was a Saturday night, the place was quiet, with a relaxed atmosphere, so we could talk and enjoy the dinner at our leisure. There are only two photos... because I didn't have time to take them before the dishes had already been tasted. I think that says it all. 😁 A special thanks to Alan and all his staff for their hospitality and professionalism. For me, it remains a certainty 🤍

A lovely place with a beautiful view. Fast and attentive service. The dishes were very well prepared and delicious. Returning for dinner, I confirmed the attention to detail in the dishes and the choice of ingredients. The desserts were also delicious.

Given that this is a subjective opinion and should only reflect personal impressions, this was my first lunch at the Belvedere restaurant, and my expectations were not met. Dining on the terrace on a mild day is pleasant, but the passing people on the street is less pleasant. The menu is significantly revisited compared to the classics, so you either love it or accept it, which I did. I'm skipping the appetizers, although the crispy bacon-wrapped zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta are a risky pairing. The first courses, aside from the Roman classics, are average, with applause for the beef tortelli, while I consider the spaghetti carbonara with truffle to be decent, as the truffle was barely noticeable. The second courses are satisfying for all tastes, but the fillet with balsamic vinegar I ordered didn't sit well with the knife, and it also had problems chewing because it wasn't as tender as a beef fillet should be. The staff was friendly and discreet. The price was right. I'll try again, maybe not on Sunday.
