A lovely restaurant, combining traditional dishes with more contemporary options. The portions aren't huge, and the view is nice if there aren't too many cars parked nearby.

We stopped by chance, because among the places on the belvedere it was the one that seemed the most beautiful and tidy, in fact it turned out to be a wonderful experience, we had various appetizers and a classic cacio e pepe, to finish a really good and unusual cheesecake, the service was polite and fast, everyone was really good.

Truly an excellent restaurant! We ate the maritozzo with zucchini flowers, burrata, excellent selection of cured meats and cheeses, amazing the breaded and fried primo sale served with figs and loin. Pappardelle with Tuscan ragù, amazing pappardelle with white lamb ragout, friggitelli peppers and pecorino, very tasty Friesian steak and Abruzzo pork cooked at a low temperature. Everything was perfect! The staff were kind and knowledgeable. Top!!!

Unfortunately, pizzas, surprisingly, aren't available. We were convinced they'd make them, but they stopped a year ago! The staff is polite (although to avoid having pecorino cheese put on a pasta dish, we had to repeat it several times and were directed to another dish (who knows why). The food, however, is good and well-cooked.

What struck me about Ristorante Belvedere dal 1933, in addition to the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms, are the tasty and digestible dishes, where the evident quality of the products meets the culinary art. RECOMMENDED

The overall quality/price ratio was decidedly biased in favor of the price. It may be a temporary inconvenience, but the bill was very respectable for a menu that was, overall, standard for the location. The most interesting thing is definitely the off-menu specials of the day, including roasted porcini mushrooms. The bill came to just under €50 per person.

What a fantastic restaurant! The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The food was delicious and unique. The service was excellent. When we mentioned we'd never had Grappa before, we were given several different options to try.

Materie prime di altissima qualità sapientemente bilanciate nei piatti.
Tutto ottimo,nulla di eccepire..dall'antipasto al dolce, si nota che c'è molta esperienza in cucina.
Ravioli ripieni di scottona con tartufo sublimi .
Ottima presentazione dei piatti,anche come stoviglie.

Posto spettacolare!!! Posizione panoramica, ambiente accogliente, proprietario e camerieri gentilissimi e last but not least cibo molto buono ! Piatti della tradizione rivisitati in chiave gourmet!! Dall’antipasto al dolce tutto molto buono e particolare. Panino al puled pork, tonnarelli alla gricia con carciofi, agnello con salsa di limone e dolce alla pera al vino ottimi!!!
Prezzo giusto, in linea con la qualità del servizio, del cibo e dell’impiattamento!!!
Locale da visitare se si è a Frascati!!!
