An absolutely positive experience. The menu is very detailed, not terribly extensive, but what they do serve is good. The 4 for service is because the wait staff wasn't informed that the dish we'd chosen wasn't available. We were a little disappointed, but the alternative dishes were very good. Excellent value, a place worth trying, especially for the cool air in a very hot season and the lovely view from the outside. Recommended.

A lovely restaurant just below the main square, with a small indoor dining area and outdoor tables.
A varied menu featuring local meat dishes and a wide selection of pizzas.
The food is good, without long waits, and the portions are truly generous. Prices are very low compared to other restaurants in Rome. 😉
I would return regularly if it weren't... out of the way for us Romans.

The pizza is definitely delicious, and the prices are lower than average. The staff is truly friendly and helpful. The only downside is the indoor dining area, which is really small and claustrophobic. The outdoor seating is certainly more appealing, but we were unlucky enough to get caught in the rain. However, considering the good quality of the food, it's one of those places worth returning to, hoping to eat outside and enjoy the view.
