We were guests of Silvana and we couldn't have made a better choice! The hotel is located in the center of Montese. The staff are very kind and friendly and they prepare truly delicious dishes: I highly recommend it to everyone!

Fantastic farm, welcoming, warm, with polite, patient staff who are very good and expert at explaining what you eat. Fantastic food, excellent wild boar stew, excellent, fantastic shiitake mushrooms and cured meats, a pleasure. I can't wait to go back. I wholeheartedly recommend going there. Really, really excellent. Everything.
