Its cuisine is rooted in tradition, but it doesn't stop there: it experiments, dares, and surprises. Each dish is carefully crafted, and even when it features unexpected combinations, you always sense a confident touch and authentic flavor. It's one of those rare places where you can confidently order blind, knowing that whatever comes your way will be excellent. It helps you step out of your comfort zone and experiment with things you wouldn't usually choose. The menu changes monthly, and that's one of the reasons I return regularly: every visit is a new experience. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, perfect for both couples and a family evening. The owner is a true host: kind, passionate, and always eager to share the story behind a dish or ingredient. It's my culinary refuge: a place that surprises without ever disappointing.
