I went to the sushi workshop organized by Paola last night, a truly exceptional experience that I recommend to everyone! Paola is an expert, helpful, patient professional, she manages to infect everyone with her passion for this complex and fascinating culinary world. I will take with me the precious notions that she taught us and finally every now and then I will be able to prepare sushi at home 🤩

I have always appreciated Paola's cuisine, high quality raw materials, innovation, creativity, professionalism and a lot of passion ♥️ so when I heard about the start of the sushi course, I certainly didn't miss it 😊 I started with high expectations and what can I say? Greatly satisfied! There were two meetings where I was able to experience first-hand what it means to be in a professional kitchen next to an attentive, precise and also very generous Chef, as she shared some of her secrets with us 😉 🥰 All with the right lightness so that beginners like us could learn while having fun and without stress. And to conclude the workshops, a mountain of food to share with the family once they return home. Thank you Paola, it was an experience that I will always carry in my heart 🥰

The fish is always very fresh, as are the other ingredients: the owner is present on site, daily and indeed several times during the day, to replenish the products and check their freshness. The ravioli are truly delicious. The place is not very large but it is still possible to stop on site to consume the food. Congratulations for the original idea and for how the place is managed!

Easy to use KLikkeat service, just get used to it, and it's fun too! Heat everything up in a few seconds and rush home to eat it!

Great place that allows you to book dishes and pick them up when it's most convenient for me. In addition, there are often many ready-made dishes available to pick up for when I forget to call in advance and have something specific prepared. Highly recommended! Truly excellent quality!
