Excellent pizza...very light dough and fresh, high-quality, and generous toppings. The sushi was sublime! The staff were very friendly, from the guy who answered the phone to the girl who greeted us, to the guys who took care of table service. The place is beautiful, with soft lighting on the terrace and background music...even our little dog was made very welcome! We'll definitely be back. Really well done!!!

Passed through a few days ago, very welcoming and calm place, lady at the counter and courteous and patient waitresses, the only problem is that on Google Maps there is confusion in understanding where exactly the place is located, otherwise an excellent place.

09/03/2025: Quando da Palermo vengo nelle zone, questo ristorante è una tappa fissa. Location bellissima e pesce ottimo, prezzo adeguato alla qualità offerta. Lo consiglio vivamente.
16/02/2025: E’ da anni che frequento il locale, dove ho festeggiato molti eventi, tra cui comunione e cresima di mio figlio. Approvato da tutti i parenti dal Nord, oggi confermo la mia scelta con un punto in più. Il pranzo è stato ottimo, ma un plauso particolare e’ da attribuire ai ragazzi di Sala, nello specifico a Nino e Rosario. Sempre pronti ed attenti a le singole esigenze ; e noi clienti a volte siamo estremamente fastidiosi. Bravi ragazzi e complimenti a tutto lo staff.

27/07/2025: Despite a number of negative reviews, the pizza is light and delicious: a mix of Catanian and Neapolitan dough. The owner is charming, elegant, and extremely kind, the staff is helpful and attentive, and the location is wonderful, with the fresh air enjoyed from the piazza overlooking the sea and the fairytale setting beneath the castle. I recommend the fried pizza: a delight, fried to perfection and topped with the finest toppings.
04/07/2025: We had visited the castle a few days before and knew we wanted to come back to the Piazza to visit a restaurant. When we arrived in town, we were drawn to Blanca as there were people already seated, and the vibe in the Piazza was great with locals walking dogs and kids playing. The view of the floodlit castle was also impressive. The staff here are all lovely and friendly. The lady who served us was thrilled to hear we were English so she could practice her speaking. Frankly, she speaks better English than a lot of English people and was charming with it. We had soft drinks, and my son had fried pizza, which is a calzone but fried! We likened it to a savoury doughnut - delicious! I had the tortellini which was just the right sized portion. We also asked for bread and were pleasantly surprised to get a pizza base brushed with what I think was rosemary butter. For the two second courses, bread, 3 drinks and a bottle of water we paid 53€ which I think was great value. Most certainly recommend.
