We ate excellent, typically Italian carbonara. An absolute recommendation for this. Service friendly and fast! :)

A beautiful sunny Sunday spent in Grado, we enjoyed it so much that when we arrived at lunchtime we hadn't booked anywhere! Luckily we found this place and ate two fabulous pizzas on the fly!

Dear Cesare, we were really looking forward to our New Year's Eve with you, unfortunately it didn't go as we had imagined. Exactly a year before I made a reservation with you personally, definitely inside, we sat outside, it was cold. What bothered me was that you kept pushing us to hurry up, you wanted to give away our table again. That was a shame, because we wanted to have a quiet dinner and a glass of wine on New Year's Eve. The €300 we consumed was simply not enough. It's a shame, we've eaten at your place many times, it's always been good, including this time, but we didn't want to be in such a rush. Luckily there are also other very, very good restaurants in Grado.

Everything was very delicious and the waiters and the owner were very nice. That's why everything was very good.

Very busy, several shifts per table. Many guests are served in a short time. Pasta and antipasti solid, good. The carbonara was really well made and tasty and traditional, which is rare to find. Penne Amatriciana also delicious; Unfortunately, the request for a different type of pasta (spaghetti, tagliatelle) was not possible, which should normally be easily possible. The house wine is perfectly fine, we don't need anything more. The desserts (creme brulee and mousse au chocolat) were unfortunately disappointing and not fresh, but too solid, too cold, too much like they came from the supermarket. The food comes unusually quickly, which suggests a lot of preparation and the fact that many guests were passed through. The service was completely impersonal, no kind word, no smile, no interaction with us guests, nothing that made you feel comfortable. Just write it down quickly and put it on the table without a word or nice gesture. You are not asked whether it was tasty or whether you have any wishes, but rather you collect it with a calm expression and turn around. It's a shame, that had more potential.

A real treasure in Grado, probably one of the best restaurant all around. The staff are really looking after the customers, it feels like, you just arrived home. They really make you feel like vip guest. Hope to see you soon
