Bella Blu Firenze, the name itself promises well, in fact when you enter the restaurant, it embraces and envelops you, with the atmosphere of a beautiful environment, where smiles are not lacking, where meeting with friends, for lunches and aperitifs is something more natural and “beautiful blue”…! In Bella Blu music is important, to accompany delicious dishes, rosé wines and wonderful desserts, but above all very good, indeed very good, accompanied by evenings of moments of joy and happiness! . . . 12/11/2023: Abbiamo trascorso il sabato sera presso questo ristorante/pizzeria. Non avendo prenotato, e spinti da delle buone recensioni, siamo stati doppiamente accontentati anche a seguito di un cambio di posto da noi richiesto. Il locale è ordinato all’interno, senza troppe pretese nè colpi di scena, arredamenti classici e forno a legna ben in vista e molto gradevole all’occhio. La cucina è rapida ma senza eccessive pretese, il menù è classico per quanto riguarda l’offerta delle pizze con l’aggiunta di qualche piatto tipico (pizza con tartufo). L’esecuzione dello gnocco fritto risulta ben riuscita anche considerando un impasto diverso dal solito e degno di nota, la consistenza ricorda una farina integrale ma a livello di gusto resta molto vicina alla classica farina utilizzata. Le pizze sono eseguite correttamente lasciando un ricordo soggettivo molto positivo per quanto riguarda l’uso dell’’origano, spesso dimenticato nella cucina moderna. Nel complesso una serata onesta ma non memorabile
18/09/2023: De l’extérieur… ça ne paye pas de mine ! Et pourtant. La décoration est moderne. Le servie hyper efficace. Quant aux pizzas, c’est juste des tueries. Pâtes excellentes, ingrédients maison et en quantité. Bref c’est le top du top. Côté tarifs, c’est plus que raisonnable. Un conseil : foncez mais réservez
