It feels like the tourist is annoying the waiter. Plus, noon is noon, you don't eat before. The cuisine is a copy-paste typical of most "touristy" Italian restaurants, in short, soulless. The setting is magnificent, but unfortunately, it doesn't make up for the ordinary cuisine. In the end, we ate much better in Florence, which is also very touristy.

We dined as a group of 9. Meals had mixed reviews, the top being a 7.5/10 for the squid ink pasta. The food came out quickly, but the waiters were disinterested and boarderline rude. We were seated on the top balcony, which provided stunning views and plenty of shade. Wine list was good, and made even better by the sound of the waves crashing below.

ヴォンゴレのスパゲッティは絶品でした。魚介のフライもカラッと美味しく揚がっていてとっても美味しかったです。
スタッフは陽気でかつ迅速。
母が少食なのでプリモとセコンドを一皿ずつ分け分け。
1時間(制限時間)で完食しました。

We reserved dinner at Belforte months in advance. Our table was on the lower back balcony of this fort just above the waves smashing against the rocks below. We had a beautiful view of the sunset. The couple next to us was from New Zealand and were friends with the Chef. As the Kiwi couple received special attention from the Chef, we did as well by proxy. I had the Belforte baked fish and my wife had the noodles with lobster. Excellent. The highly recommended dessert we shared came with typically rich Italian ice cream on a plate as the Chef poured the strawberries fried in bourbon and brown sugar from the frying pan over the ice cream. What a beautiful experience not to be missed.
