Recommended... We discovered this place by chance because we were craving aperitif. We were immediately greeted warmly and shown into the dining room. The staff was very attentive to our needs, always smiling and professional. One thing that really impressed me was the waitress, who, when I asked what the draft beer was like, brought me a small sample to try... top!!! (That hadn't happened to me in years)... We ordered a medium platter for two and were thoroughly satisfied with the quality and quantity... Highly recommended. Compliments to all the staff

Apericena with cutting boards and mixed fried food, all very good, fresh, varied and abundant. Options: omnivorous, vegan and vegetarian, so for everyone. The owners are courteous and available. We will definitely be back!

We had a small vegetarian board here and some drinks while we waited for our laundry a few doors down. The mocktail and cocktails we got were absolutely delicious!! Made entirely in house by the bartender who used tons of fresh fruit to make them. The board was also so good with many many options and types of food on it when it came. We recommend it!

11/10/2025: Typical Piedmontese menu, very attentive and friendly waiters, always ready to accommodate every request. It was a beautiful, sunny Sunday, and going for lunch in the countryside was an excellent choice!

12/10/2025: Restaurant: We stumbled upon Bosso almost by chance on a fall day, asking for directions. We had appetizers, first courses, and arrosticini, and everything was delicious. We loved the thick-crust ravioli. The staff was very friendly, quick, and attentive. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. It's located on the banks of the Tirino River, near the Bosso canoe landing. Afterward, you can stroll along the riverbanks, breathing in the fresh air and enjoying the beautiful nature. Excellent value. Worth the trip.
