I don't understand the negative reviews. The pastries are excellent, and the staff are friendly; they just have the classic, somewhat hasty Milanese manner.

Wide selection available of pastries. Whilst the gelato isn’t authentic it was tasty and there is a good range of flavours to choose from. Friendly staff, helped translate for me and my partner so we knew what to order. Me and my partner tried the strawberry lime and vanilla gelato, we both enjoyed.

27/02/2025: Forgive me Mrs Giovanna P.G. Are you sure you can say this? That boy has been taking care of his business and his customers with great care for 18 years. With Professionalism and Courtesy, I have been speaking as a customer for several years. Then I forgive myself by looking through his profile and I notice that nothing outside of his village pleases him.
26/02/2025: Good morning, I am following up on a review from a few hours ago, I would like to tell the lady in question that if there is something wrong it would be appropriate to speak politely first with the bar manager and then perhaps write reviews later. I have only recently known the One bar and I can absolutely say that I do not agree with the last review, Mr. Davide, Viola and Marta always have a smile for everyone and it is nice to start the day like this, they make you happy, otherwise the place is clean and the food is always fresh, top rating. I recommend trying the Viola coffee, really good and also the Maritozzi with delicious cream. Bar to recommend

08/10/2025: I ordered from the branch at Milano central train station, very lovely baristas. Tried the Melanzane grigliate (grilled aubergines) & Stracciatella sandwich, lovely, they toasted it for me. Friendly staff :)
26/09/2025: The baristas were patient and kind even though I didn’t speak Italian. My breakfast sandwich was very fresh and filling. My double chocolate chip muffin was moist and the perfect amount of sweetness. I ended my meal with a latte macchiato. Thank you to the kind woman who work there!
