High quality products and very kind staff

The restaurant is located in the center of Acireale and is difficult to reach due to the restricted traffic zone. Inside, the restaurant is well-kept, but the service was unfortunately TERRIBLE. The waiters were kind and professional, but the wait was too long. I ordered baked potatoes as a side dish. Only after the rib steak arrived, and after asking how the potatoes were doing several times, was I told they were out, already finished halfway through the service... the waiters seemed inexperienced and a little awkward, but they were still kind. The sweet potato fries, the tartare, and the rib steak were very popular. The fries were nice and crispy. The horse meatballs had a slightly strong flavor, in my opinion, they were heavily seasoned to mask the not-so-fresh meat. The tartare was fresh and the rib steak was cooked just right. I would have also appreciated a side dish if I had been told right away that they didn't have what I ordered. The prices are completely out of scale in my opinion. You can find the same thing for much less in other places. I think they inflate the prices a bit due to the discount available with The Fork. Unfortunately, I wouldn't go back.
