The place is well presented, elegant and clean, the food is excellent, and the service is very well organized with qualified staff. I will definitely be back. The restaurant was a truly pleasant surprise. We ate very well, and the fish was fresh and beautifully cooked. The service was excellent, fast, and very friendly. Perhaps, to be nitpicking, the place is a bit old-fashioned.

We were thinking of having a quiet dinner for a special evening. I'll start by saying we'd never been there before... we found ourselves in the middle of the waiters' passage with a door opening and closing every second that looked out onto the garden. Sitting next to each other, despite my request to change tables, we were told they were all booked! (We were among the first to arrive). The menu needs rewriting: Canestrelli and Scallops au Gratin with Hazelnuts? I didn't see the au Gratin on the Canestrelli. I asked the waiter why, and he replied that the canestrelli are usually au Gratin if they're not fresh, but where? Spaghetti with Clams: D'Overano, maybe two or three of the clams; the rest were Lupini or Bevarasse, as they're called in Chioggia. They were good, nothing to complain about, but the price needs to be reviewed...
For the grilled fish, we asked for lemon and they brought a small plate with a slice—and I emphasize one for two people!
At this point we'll make our decision: we'll have dessert somewhere else!
