GENERAL PROJECT INFORMATION The building project arose considering that: a) the building, for the use for which it is intended, was easily accessible; b) the relationship with pre-existing building bodies was indispensable; d) for the destination, the serial architectural representation was the most suitable. Taking into account the considerations expressed at the beginning, the final design result took the form of a building with one elevation above ground, developed along the road with an open courtyard inside. INTENDED USE AND DISTRIBUTION CHARACTERS The building houses some offices of the University Hospital. The functional distribution was designed taking into account the needs and indications expressed by the client. The building houses 13 offices, in addition to the atrium, hallways, a storage room and toilets (three in number, one of which is for use by disabled people). 3. CONSTRUCTION FEATURES AND FINISHES Structures From a structural point of view, the building is built with a load-bearing structure in reinforced concrete, made up of foundations in a network of inverted beams on a general foundation, also reinforced, by pillars and framed beams and a reinforced concrete roof slab (flat). mixed with bricks. Masonry The external tombings are cassette-shaped, with an external wall of 12 cm perforated bricks and an internal wall of 8 cm perforated bricks, and for a final thickness of 30 cm. The service corridors and some rooms have a false ceiling made with panels of self-extinguishing material. The floors are made of marble, high-resistance fine stoneware and ceramic clinker (toilets). The thresholds and coverings of the steps are made of marble. Fixtures The fixtures are made of blue pre-painted aluminium, with scratch-proof and shatterproof polycarbonate sheets in the external entrance doors, and double glazing on the windows. The internal doors are of the honeycomb type with a fir structure, frames of the movable doors in beech and covering of the mirrors in plastic laminate. Installations. The sewerage, water and electrical systems are of the traditional type. The air conditioning system consists of heat pumps and fan coils. *****

EXCELLENT hotel. Everything perfect, even breakfast and dinner. Impressed by the free bottles of water in the room fridge. Never seen in a 4 star hotel. Truly congratulations. Very quiet rooms. A peculiarity, the shower visible from the room. Divided by a crystal. No problem for me, someone didn't agree with the choice. If you go to Bari it's your hotel.

Shameful. €225 New Year's package and if I want to park the car I have to pay €1.50 per hour. Both my girlfriend and I live in the province of Bari, 10 minutes away and they also make me pay the tourist tax of €3 per person. You are embarrassing. Not to mention the very poorly managed spa. A place that can hold 20 people held 50.

Hotel bellissimo e super curato. Tutto lo staff ci ha coccolato dal primo all'ultimo giorno. I ragazzi alla reception sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica. Colazione a buffet da sogno per non parlare della vista sul giardino. Ci ritorneremo molto presto.

Hotel eccellente e in un’ottima posizione logistica. Camere spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto e cura. Colazione buona e abbondante. Molto comodo il parcheggio interrato. Il tutto ad un prezzo più che abbordabile (con convenzione aziendale).
