Very friendly staff. They gave me a tourist map of the city and were very pleasant to deal with. The dining room is indoors or on the terrace. The atmosphere is more classic than that of a traditional restaurant.
Affordable prices in the heart of Matera (pizzas for €7/€8 and pasta dishes for €11/€12).
There's also a tourist menu for €23, which includes a starter, main course, and water.
The pasta was delicious, with cheese and spicy sauce available.

I was very happy with my experience at this restaurant. The service is fantastic. The people are so nice, I could eat there every day. If you want to eat dishes that Italians eat at home, this is the place. Traditional, homemade Italian food. It's beautiful. I had spaghetti Matera. The pasta and sauce were just right. The olives were the best in the world. You can sprinkle it with Parmigiano Reggiano. In Poland, when we like something, we say "Yummy." It is "Yummy." If I'm ever in Matera again, I'll definitely come back. ❤️ Ti Amo Basilico. 😍 Ti Amo Ragazzi 😍 Baci Baci 😘😘

A restaurant not far from Matera's Duomo, with a varied menu and reasonable prices. Everything was very good and the service was impeccable and friendly. The waiters are really friendly and it was a pleasure to have lunch at this restaurant.
