Gezellig terras en mooi ingericht restaurant van binnen, midden in het centrum van Todi. Lekkere “light lunch”, een salade kip en salade tonijn, maar heerlijk vers en lekkere ingrediënten. Goede bijpassende wijn. Ook aangenaam qua prijs.

We arrived in time for lunch. The staff and chef gave us the best meal of our time in Italy! The generous truffles on our plates along with the delicious dishes exceeded expectations. If you come to Todi you must eat here! Great wine list, too.

Above average experience, warm and welcoming environment, excellent service, high quality food, with gourmet preparations of traditional Umbrian dishes, to remember. The combination of dark cocoa with the Chianina tartare (seasoned with leek sprouts and gold flakes) is brilliant, the truffle picaña is soft, the millefeuille with Venchi dark chocolate is excellent. Great dinner in a beautiful setting, with excellent wine, and excellent quality raw materials. The girl who served us was very kind and courteous and made our dinner even more special.

Basico is a small pearl in Todi that expertly combines tradition and innovation. Its cuisine offers gourmet dishes, expertly combining typical ingredients with modern touches. The staff, in addition to being extremely competent, are incredibly kind, making the experience even more pleasant. A note of merit to the waiter, who in addition to being friendly and approachable, is also an expert sommelier.
The environment is cared for down to the smallest detail, elegant and welcoming.
