Basegone was my favorite "Cicchetti" stop on a food tour. We got to try two cicchetti each around noon. At this time there were plenty of options to pick from, each tasted amazing! We liked it so much we stopped by again around 7:00 PM a different night and this place was SLAMMED. They were pretty much sold out of cicchetti. The place was also the embodiment of chaos around this time.

Love the vibe, the bites and drinks were so affordable and I really enjoyed being around the locals!!! The bartender spoke English and was very friendly! 10/10 recommend

15/11/2025: Very good for the price, a generous portion of fried food and fries in the Burano menu. The Daviola pizza is very good!
14/11/2025: If you're visiting Venice, I recommend eating here. The food is incredibly cheap compared to Venice. The fried fish is delicious, the service is excellent, and you eat the entire plate they serve you.

04/10/2025: Best B&B I have ever stayed at. The employees were communicative and helpful, the rooms were BIG and clean, breakfast was wonderful, and the location was great. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
