A carbonara served with a creamy sauce - plenty of egg yolk - and plenty of crispy guanciale for a salty contrast. The way an authentic Carbonara should be!

Good value for money. The stuffed cabbage rolls were very delicious, and the carbonara and amatriciana were also excellent. The service was 5 stars for the waitress, and 2-3 stars for the waiter, who seemed a bit lazy and hasty. The restrooms could be improved.

Eating in a true trattoria while listening to the stories of Gabriella and Oliviero (over 170 years between them) is priceless. Extraordinary life stories. The atmosphere is wonderful, and Gabriella's tarts are second to none.

Il bistrot è molto carino, così come anche il personale. La carbonara è buonissima, cremosa, i dolci squisiti e le porzioni sono super abbondanti! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!
