Barricata In Torino

A great experience, we enjoyed an excellent aperitif on the outdoor terrace that turned into dinner. Quick service and friendly staff. Thanks to Valentina, the owner, for her culinary advice and the conversation.

Barricata is a historic venue in the Vanchiglia neighborhood. The three women who run it are fantastic. The food is good, as are the beers and cocktails. The atmosphere is typical of Turin's slightly underground bars. Customers range from young students to older people, so to speak. In short, it's not just a place for kids. I recommend the aperitivo with the famous Mangiucchi. For me, it's a cult place for socializing in Turin. There's a lovely outdoor terrace. Parking is also available in the evening.

Pleasant atmosphere, reasonable prices, and plenty of vegan options! The vegan platter is highly recommended 😉

Barricata is in a really nice restaurant, a "gem", furnished with excellent taste, well looked after and which "makes you feel good". A lot of attention in the choice of raw materials and combinations for dishes, which, in fact, are stratospheric! We tried pappardelle with wild boar, spaghettoni with anchovy sauce and veal cheek, all divine! The place is accessible. The owner is very competent, loves her job, is nice and also very attentive. What can I say? 10 and praise! I will return soon and recommend it to anyone who is in beautiful Turin!

Barricata e’ in ristorante davvero bello, una “chicca”, arredato con ottimo gusto, curatissimo e che ti “ fa sentire bene”. Molta attenzione nella scelta di materie prime ed accostamenti per piatti, che, infatti, sono stratosferici! Abbiamo provato pappardelle al cinghiale, spaghettoni con colatura di alici e una guancia di vitello, tutti divini! Il locale è accessibile, come dovrebbero esserlo TUTTI, ma così non è purtroppo?! La proprietaria, Maddalena, è molto competente, ama il suo lavoro, è simpatica ed anche molto attenta. Che dire? 10 e lode! Ci tornerò presto e lo consiglio a chi si trova nella bella Torino!
