A wonderful discovery! The service was truly perfect, with the waiters being extremely kind and attentive without ever being intrusive. The food was tasty and beautifully presented, and the portions were just right. Being in Barolo's main square, the prices are slightly higher than average, but the quality/price ratio is excellent!

I would highly recommend the tartare! The lamb was also really tasty.

I booked conveniently online, trusting the reviews I'd read. I can confirm that the food is truly excellent and the staff very friendly. Wide selection of wines, both by the bottle and by the glass. Everything was perfect. Compliments to the kitchen.

Barolando offers very good food with great flavors and quality ingredients. However, the portions are on the smaller side, so it’s best to plan on ordering an appetizer, a main course, and perhaps a dessert to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, a nice spot to taste local cuisine.

Although the portions are relatively small and two dishes are needed to be satisfied, it is undeniable that it is good, that the ingredients are quality, and what about the wine...excellent Barolo by the glass and an exhaustive wine list. After all, all this comes at a price! The service is adequate, but not overly attentive either. A few slownesses that we will forgive.

Everything was really good. The atmosphere, the service, the menu, the wine list (very extensive). The highlight was the pork ribs: a real treat that literally melted in your mouth.

Nos sentamos fuera con una vista encantadora de la pequeña plaza relativamente tranquila y nos recibieron amablemente. El menú siguió una estructura italiana estándar. Pedí bacalao con trufas negras; mi esposa tenía estofado de ternera. Mientras esperábamos recibimos una sabrosa diversión - bolsa de verduras frescas cigüeñas; en realidad muy sabroso. También una selección excepcional de 3 estilos de pan en casa. Los principales eran pequeños, bien presentados y merecedores de las mejores notas. Para los dulces teníamos fresas frescas con crema y merengue. Perfecto. Barolando ofrece una selección de vinos locales por copa. Elegí el Chardonnay y estaba contento con la elección.

Bereits vor drei Jahren besuchten wir dieses Restaurant. Wir bekamen auch damals den letzten Tisch draußen. Weil irgendwie alle Tagesgäste zur Mittagszeit ins Dorf strömen. Also besser reservieren oder schon um etwa 12.30 Uhr ankommen. Und auch jetzt sofort auf den letzten Tisch zu geeilt. Obwohl es quasi ein „Touri“ Restaurant scheint, jedenfalls zur Mittagszeit, ist es wirklich klasse. Sehr gute Restaurant Leitung, freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienungen. Professionelle Temperatur der Weißweine, Kühler stets mit Eis aufgefüllt. Zwei Speisen oberste Geschmacksnote, nur die Nudeln 7/10. Die anderen Gerichte, die an Nachbartische getragen wurden, ließen einem das Wasser im Mund zusammenlaufen. Achtung, Mittwoch und Donnerstags geschlossen.
