Barmare In Milano

We had experienced the quality of Barmare and its service so we decided to give it a chance and spend our NYE in their company: what a great treat! The menu was carefully studied and executed, with delicious combinations, exquisite ingredients and an escalation of flavours. Service was extremely attentive, juggling several tables with careful consideration for everyone's needs and preferences: quite astonishing! Don't miss the opportunity to try this restaurant: a true Italian experience with a modern twist!

"A truly pleasant dining experience at this restaurant! Spacious and bright, with an open kitchen that's already a feast for the eyes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, ready to guide you through the menu. The menu is a nice mix of fish dishes and a few meat options, with its real strengths: carefully matched ingredients, meticulous presentation, and a limited selection, all cooked to perfection. The side dishes are a real plus—just ask! It's a shame the dessert menu is a bit limited, particularly lacking a chocolate option (the tiramisu is an exception), but the lemon tart is a real highlight. The prices are fair for the quality, so not exactly cheap, but well-deserved. And the finishing touch? The coffee served in a moka pot is a stunning homage to tradition! In short, a place worth trying, with a welcoming atmosphere and cuisine that never disappoints. We'll be back!"

Well done to the chef and owner, who have relaunched a lovely seafood restaurant. Delicious, fresh dishes, quality ingredients. The tacos are wow! The ziti are phenomenal! Well done!

Wonderful low key fish restaurant that is also sophisticated at the same time. Amazing dishes / try the tasting menu

We made a reservation for 12.30 it was 12.50 and doors were not opened. They saw us waiting outside for 20min and didn’t let us in or came and apologized for the delay at all. Customer service is very far fetched here, you don’t let your customers wait in the cold on the streets standing while you accepted their reservation. You let them in so they can sit down, apologies for the delay and offer them something to drink while you sort your business out and provide the service people come for.

From arrival to departure it was great, an experience I'd love to repeat. The food was fresh and prepared right in front of us, everything was incredible, but what I liked most was the brioche bread with lemon cream and anchovies on top. Just try it! Accompanied by a good wine, it was absolutely delicious.

This small restaurant is located just steps from the Porta Romana metro station. The staff is attentive and very friendly, and the cuisine has that special touch. It's not cheap, but you pay for the quality.

Locale trendy e chich a due passi dal centro di Milano. Menu di pesce davvero interessante, con una proposta ampia ma selezionata. Le ostriche (3 tipi) erano davvero saporite, cosi come il Dentice. Accoglienza e servizio davvero top. Ci tornerò.

Locale ampio e luminoso. Personale gentile e competente. Bellissima la cucina a vista. La carta propone piatti di pesce ma si trovano anche delle soluzioni di carne. Ottima la presentazione, l’abbinamento degli ingredienti, e la scelta di avere poche proposte ma cucinate in maniera eccellente. Hanno dei contorni, che non sempre vengono citati o comunque proposti (basta chiedere). La carta dei dolci rimane povera di una proposta di cioccolato (a parte il tiramisù) ma buonissima la tartelleta al limone. Prezzi in linea con la proposta, quindi non economici per intenderci ma rispettano la qualità. Caffè servito in moka, pazzesco. Suggerisco di servirlo con qualche biscotto.
