22/02/2025: A problem often encountered in Sicily is that getting from point A to point B, even just a few kilometers away, often takes a very long time due to the necessary breaks in between. Dolc'e is an example of this. During a trip between Catania and Cefalù, passing through Agira, I stopped in this laboratory specializing in Agira cassatelle. Well deserved stop!!!! Excellent cassatelle. If you switch to Agila, not stopping is an offense to the culture of Agila.
