Sat down at 01:00, waited 30 minutes at the table after several signs that I wanted to order and after lots of chatter from the waiters with customers and external people, he arrived at my table at 01:30 telling me that it closed after 15 minutes (closing time 02 :00 not 01:45). I couldn't order what I wanted due to lack of time, forced to drink a glass and spend only 10 minutes I left, I frequent this place and I was sorry how the evening went.

Excellent refreshment point. Friendly and attentive staff. Prompt table service. Well-packaged snacks: delicious cured meats and very tender meat. Draft beer to taste. Low prices. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍👍👍

The best meeting bar for young people in central Parma. Parking in the area is not easy, better to go on foot or by bike.

Nice, elegant place, punctual service. However, compared to an aperitif with important wine ordered (there were 8 of us), the "snacks" brought were really too poor. Chips, olives, peanuts (not even a teaspoon to take them) and a couple of plates of raw ham, very good in quality, poor in quantity. There are also pizzas, focaccia, canapés......

13/11/2024: It is very reminiscent of a 70s Osteria, with a room created inside a former Dancig. At the entrance there were 2 horses parked... Emilian cuisine, good food. Taking the environment philosophically, the place is nice.
10/11/2024: At the limit, really at the limit, of everything, but since I'm nostalgic for easy-going, very easy-going trattorias, I don't use judgment on that one, but we're really at the limit...

Ristorante querce

09/06/2024: Locale storico a Salsomaggiore, un po’ datato ma sempre fascinoso ed elegante. Siamo andati per gustare la pizza gourmet che propongono una volta al mese. Il servizio è piuttosto disorganizzato e lento, ma l’attesa è ripagata dalla bontà di questa pizza: ingredienti di prima qualità e impasto ultra leggero.
04/06/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato a fine Maggio. Ottima posizione della struttura, molto vicina a Salsomaggiore. Abbiamo usufruito sia dell'hotel che del ristorante per la cena. Le camere erano molto comode, spaziose, forse un pò più di attenzione su alcuni dettagli della pulizia, ma nel complesso erano molto accoglienti. Anche la colazione al mattino era molto ben fornita e con ampia scelta. Non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la piscina esterna, in quanto le condizioni metereologiche non erano delle migliori. Nel complesso, sia l'albergo che il ristorante, sono consigliati.
