Barboglio De Gaioncelli In Corte franca

One of my favorite restaurants in Franciacorta (and beyond). Quality of dishes, service, location and wines of the highest level. I have had the opportunity to try several starred restaurants in recent years and I can confidently say that Vivilo Ristorante has nothing to envy them (indeed...). Despite the distance, a fixed stop at least once a year. Until next time!

The location is crazy, the food is very well prepared even if not all the dishes tasted had the wow effect as expected and the reviews read. Space desserts. The service in the room was excellent, except for the reception and the bill, which could be improved. An important flaw, which compromised the experience, was the table assignment. Reservation made on Friday late afternoon for dinner the same evening... it is not acceptable that in an environment that wants to be TOP they assign a table in the passage and next to the service cabinet to the waiters... We elegantly accepted the table anyway, even if it was to be rejected. The worst thing is that once communicated at the end of the dinner the representatives simply apologized saying that they too maintain that that table is no good... Having said this the minimum that is expected from a place that wants to be TOP and I repeat myself , the offer of something, dessert from the bill or something to drink, which we probably would have refused. Only out of kindness and pampering the customer, certainly not for savings, by choosing VIVILO there can be no surprises in the bill. Customer care must be part of the desired stars.

Discovered by chance after a Google search, as expected it did not disappoint, on the contrary, the refined, but at the same time "concrete" dishes deserve the price. Professional, yet casual and friendly service. Final gem, for those who smoke, dedicated VIP lounge, with accompanying service.

It was the icing on the cake of a beautiful day shared with friends who advised me not to miss a lunch to remember 🔝

Excellent menu, impeccable service

What can I say, it was an experience out of the ordinary, one that warms the heart and soul and makes you feel good. Located in Corte Franca in the heart of Franciacorta, the structure, an elegantly renovated farmhouse, features stone and wood interiors that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The main room on the upper floor offers a suggestive view of the surrounding vineyards. The cuisine offers dishes that enhance the local raw materials, with particular attention to quality and creativity in combinations. The risotto with Franciacorta and sweet robiola, considered an iconic dish of the restaurant but which we did not taste The wine list is extensive and well assorted, with labels selected to best accompany the dishes. The restaurant sommelier is fantastic! Vivilo Ristorante is a recommended destination for those who want to enjoy a high-level culinary experience immersed in the beauty of Franciacorta.

Un ristorante molto curato nei particolari, location e gusto raffinato. I cannoncini più buoni che abbia mai mangiato, direi complimenti al pasticcere. Vini ottimi (essendo in Franciacorta)

In piena Franciacorta, una location bellissima, curata, elegante, ampie vetrate, la sala interna è veramente suggestiva così come lo spazio all'esterno: non vedo l'ora che arrivi l'estate per provare l'esperienza di mangiare nella bellissima terrazza esterna. Servizio naturalmente impeccabile fin dell'accoglienza, preciso e curato, il sommelier simpatico e preparato mentre consiglio alle ragazze più giovani di ridere, la cosa non esclude la qualità del livello del servizio. Menù composto da piatti del territorio come risotto al franciacorta o casoncelli e altri piatti più particolari come cacio e pepe con ostriche o il rombo con il foie gras: piatti tutti ben riusciti, ottimi sapori e materia prima veramente fresca. Prezzi forse un po alti, siamo in media con ristoranti stellati, anche se gli manca ancora quel quid nei piatti: tutto ottimo ma potrebbero osare ancora di più. A parte le sottigliezze stiamo parlando di uno dei locali migliori della Franciacorta se non addirittura dell'intera provincia di Brescia, complimenti.
