Discovered by chance after a Google search, as expected it did not disappoint, on the contrary, the refined, but at the same time "concrete" dishes deserve the price. Professional, yet casual and friendly service. Final gem, for those who smoke, dedicated VIP lounge, with accompanying service.

What can I say, it was an experience out of the ordinary, one that warms the heart and soul and makes you feel good. Located in Corte Franca in the heart of Franciacorta, the structure, an elegantly renovated farmhouse, features stone and wood interiors that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The main room on the upper floor offers a suggestive view of the surrounding vineyards.
The cuisine offers dishes that enhance the local raw materials, with particular attention to quality and creativity in combinations.
The risotto with Franciacorta and sweet robiola, considered an iconic dish of the restaurant but which we did not taste
The wine list is extensive and well assorted, with labels selected to best accompany the dishes. The restaurant sommelier is fantastic!
Vivilo Ristorante is a recommended destination for those who want to enjoy a high-level culinary experience immersed in the beauty of Franciacorta.

Ok, very good food, flavors never tried before
Ok super trained and friendly waiters
Ok to the very beautiful location aesthetically accompanied by a unique atmosphere
But... if I have to spend 150 euros to go out hungry, that's not good enough for me... the beauty of starting to enjoy a dish was already over.
I recommend this restaurant as a nice life experience but I would not return there again for dinner.
I would only recommend this lovely place to people on a diet.
PS: we gave 3 stars to the food solely and exclusively for the quantity... the quality was pure excellence.

In piena Franciacorta, una location bellissima, curata, elegante, ampie vetrate, la sala interna è veramente suggestiva così come lo spazio all'esterno: non vedo l'ora che arrivi l'estate per provare l'esperienza di mangiare nella bellissima terrazza esterna.
Servizio naturalmente impeccabile fin dell'accoglienza, preciso e curato, il sommelier simpatico e preparato mentre consiglio alle ragazze più giovani di ridere, la cosa non esclude la qualità del livello del servizio.
Menù composto da piatti del territorio come risotto al franciacorta o casoncelli e altri piatti più particolari come cacio e pepe con ostriche o il rombo con il foie gras: piatti tutti ben riusciti, ottimi sapori e materia prima veramente fresca.
Prezzi forse un po alti, siamo in media con ristoranti stellati, anche se gli manca ancora quel quid nei piatti: tutto ottimo ma potrebbero osare ancora di più.
A parte le sottigliezze stiamo parlando di uno dei locali migliori della Franciacorta se non addirittura dell'intera provincia di Brescia, complimenti.

Exceptional is an understatement. In addition to the very beautiful, welcoming and well-kept location with a wonderful view of the vineyards, the dishes were impeccable and of high quality. The service was no exception either, the dining room staff was very attentive and kind.

Attractive restaurant in a fantastically restored building. Opted for a 7-course menu with wine pairing. Several courses were top level such as cod wine cream sauce, risotto with sweetbreads and modern tiramisu. However, the structure of the menu was not logical. Start with lots of creamy heavy dishes. After a very large portion of risotto (3rd course), a simple pasta dish was served with a less than creative tomato sauce that, in our impression, had previously been used for another dish variant of eggplant parmigiana (2nd course). Fifth course, simple dish with cod that was tasteless and far too light a dish compared to other dishes plus an ingredient that had already been used in the 1st course. We expected a meat or poultry dish as the 5th course, because 2 dessert courses followed. Service was friendly, but seemed disorganized, no coordination. Number of times we were asked to order and the dish and wine were not served at the same time. 3 delicious appetizers served at the start, but no wine offered. Too bad, but for this price level and type of restaurant we expected more.
