The restaurant has been tastefully renovated (I'd just remove the colorful fake orchids, which are truly outdated), and the staff is very friendly and helpful (we especially appreciated sommelier Ramon's approach). The menu consists of three tasting menus and many other à la carte dishes. Unfortunately, the most appealing menu wasn't available. Everything was truly excellent and beautifully presented. Perhaps I'd add a few more "weird and sophisticated" dishes to the menu, if I really had to find a small negative. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent experience, charming and very refined but not overly formal. The service is top-notch, discreet yet super efficient, with a sommelier on hand. We chose their most classic menu and were very satisfied. They aren't listed, but they also serve an entrée, pre-dessert, and a final pastry. The leavened pastries served with the meal are excellent. It definitely deserves some recognition, which will be coming soon...

We immediately connected with Viviana, who showed us around the house. Gaia guided and assisted us right up until the wedding day; her professionalism was impeccable, she left nothing to chance. Thanks to her, all our wishes were fulfilled. We sincerely thank Chef Lorenzo and his entire staff for the exquisite dishes and unparalleled hospitality.
