I'm calling it 4.5 stars. Ate there twice during a 4-day stay in Rome so that tells you how much we loved it. However, we loved it much more the first visit than the second. Since the menu is truffle heavy we ordered several items on the list. In our first visit we were awed by the intense truffle flavor. The second visit we realized that intense umami truffle flavor, albeit delicious, overwhelmed the food. But if you love truffles, go for it. There were a few other shortcomings the second visit, though very minor. Service was excellent both visits. And best of all....the tiramisu was sublime! Easily the best I've ever had. Panna cotta w/berries was also superb.

This Italian restaurant gave us one of the most memorable evenings we’ve had in Rome. From the moment we walked in, the warm atmosphere and genuine welcome instantly made us feel that we were in for a truly special experience. A special mention goes to the head waiter, RINO, who elevated the entire evening to another level. His professionalism, natural positivity, and the way he made every guest feel valued were exceptional. His deep knowledge of the menu, his spot-on recommendations, and his sincere interaction with everyone truly set him apart. Service like this turns a restaurant from simply “good” into unforgettable. As for the food… • The starters were outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and a perfect introduction to authentic Italian cuisine. • The main courses were flawless, exceeding our expectations both in presentation and taste. • And the desserts were the perfect finale—light, balanced, and delightful in every bite. The staff were attentive, kind, and consistently friendly throughout the evening. Service was fast, well-organized, and we never once felt unattended. The team’s positive energy created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly defined the restaurant’s character. This is a place that everyone visiting Rome should absolutely visit. We've been there twice. We arrived during truffle season. Delicious food and excellent service.

Had the steak tartare, sea bass and fettuccine for lunch, food was delicious and the truffles were generously served. Service was welcoming and friendly, with special mention to Rino for taking care of us.

I always recommend this restaurant to friends and family visiting Rome. I stumbled upon it on a whim two years ago, and I still think about the truffle pasta—it was borderline life-changing.

all i can say is visit this place when you’re here! the service was amazing, the food was amazing, really really nice
