Top-quality local burgers; I recommend the Cinghialino, a true delight. A good selection of beers. The meats are carefully selected, and another delicacy is the Cinisara (beef from select breeds).
The selection of products is excellent and commendable. It's nice to meet people who don't just run a business, but are always looking for new flavors and pairings. A special mention goes to the selection of craft beers the place offers. The only downside is the somewhat uncomfortable benches.
Excellent burger dive, I love it when we find a fantastic place to eat at the end of a side street! We stumbled upon the place while bus and church hopping on our last night in town. We had been disappointed with the food in Rome, it seems like every place we went was over priced and lacking in authentic flavor. We typically wouldn’t opt for a burger while in Italy but I am so glad we let the Google reviews guide us. This place is fantastic, the owner is welcoming and genuine and food was delicious and not overpriced. A must try for any American in Rome really wanting a good burger 😋 and local unfiltered beer!
Locale carino, personale e proprietario veramente amichevoli. Ottimo hamburger ed anche le polpette al sugo. Buona scelta di birre, ma tutte in bottiglia perché non possono fare le draft. Pochissimi tavoli, perché ambiente è piccolino all’interno e all’esterno in inverno non so quanto si possa stare. Ma vale la pena andarci.
