Bar X In Trieste

A very nice bar, perhaps a little cramped, but with delicious food and friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. One of the best places to have breakfast and relax a bit.

I only drank the coffee but it was good and the atmosphere was nice.

What I like most about this place is the owner's attention to detail. Over the years of frequenting it, I've noticed how much importance they place on staff training. The young people who enter this profession are supported and carefully trained. So I'm convinced that the real selling point of this place is the entire staff.

Beautiful bar, not like that crap called Caffè San Marco

It's the place we remember most in Trieste :) From now on, I'll be searching for Bar X's pistachio ice cream everywhere. The place is stylish, spotlessly clean, and the food is delicious. We stopped by every day of our stay. I hope we'll be back :)

Excellent coffee and desserts, friendly and efficient staff, the only shame is the questionable decision to move the cash register near the door, very uncomfortable waiting to pay while people come and go 😢

For me, the delicacies are delicious: croissants, braids, and muffins. This place is a great start to the day, I recommend it 🙂
