For me, the delicacies are delicious: croissants, braids, and muffins. This place is a great start to the day, I recommend it 🙂

A nicely decorated bar with dark green leather, plenty of seating, a large bar, and a good selection of food and drinks. The chandeliers are famous, intertwined with flowers like some beautiful installation. The staff is sometimes very friendly, sometimes not. The coffee is sometimes very good, sometimes not. As a visitor to that city, I like that they open early, even before 7 am.

A good option for lunch, too. Perhaps a little pricey for the portion, but the service is quick and friendly, and the coffee is excellent. The interior is pleasant, but it can get a little noisy when crowded, making conversation with other diners a bit difficult.

For my group of friends, it's a must-visit after-work stop. The staff, first and foremost, is incredibly kind and professional; the excellent quality of the wines and food is a must!

After a trip on vacation, we got a craving for a real Italian breakfast. I was looking for something with a nice atmosphere and found Bar X. The recommendation from people is absolutely correct. Delicious homemade croissants with a large selection of toppings and fillings. Really delicious. The coffee was good too. The atmosphere and the overall impression are definitely worth a visit. I recommend going here for breakfast if you are in the area.

Best place for morning cappuccino and brioche with different fillings ☺️ Very nice interior, the coffee bar is constantly busy, so make sure to not come too late or there won't be any pastries left 😅 Prices reasonable for the quality.

08/08/2025: An oasis of tranquility in a remote area...varied menu choice with gluten-free option...definitely worth considering!
26/07/2025: It's our favorite place because it's also close to our house, which is a blessing both because we walk there and because everything is always REALLY good! The atmosphere is very informal and takes us back in time, like being in our grandfather's tavern! In the summer, they also set up an outdoor area with umbrellas and plastic tables (I recommend bringing mosquito repellent if you want to dine outside). The place is run by a very '80s-style team of very kind and helpful people. Sometimes there may be even fewer, but they deserve your patience because they are truly adorable: the sandwiches and dishes are excellent, the fries are out of this world, and the double Nutella crepes are a MUST. We'll be moving to another city soon, but when we return to Trieste, it will DEFINITELY be a must-visit!

25/08/2025: Portions could be larger, and the spaghetti with tomatoes and basil could have had more of a basil flavor. At a regular Brera bar, a similar dish had a true tomato and basil flavor, tasting very Italian, but here it was lackluster. The prices are reasonable. The pizza is okay.
25/08/2025: It's a shame the food is pretty average. The best thing was the service, all the people who served us. They treated us wonderfully and are charming. Congratulations on that. Good luck finding the next chef.
