Bar Vittorio Emanuele In Bologna

We stopped at Bar Vittorio Emanuele, a long-standing establishment on Piazza Maggiore and enjoyed a round of drinks recently. Location is great, service was friendly, prices reasonable and everything served was fine. Would be ok to pass by again for similar evening round again based on this experience.

A really nice location for a meal or just a drink. We stopped for a light lunch and had a table right on the edge of the portico. The food was very good (prosciutto e melone, insalata), and the wait staff was on it as well. Drinks were served and nothing was missed on the order. The location is excellent to linger as well being right on Piazza Maggiore and, being a few steps up, a good view of the world passing by. Prices are a little high due to the location, but if you are making time for la dolce vita, this is a good spot.
