No one cleans a blue trout like this! For the cleanest trout in Courmayeur, come to Walser. They're also very friendly!

We stumbled upon this place by chance one evening while looking for somewhere to eat, and we were delighted to return. If you're passing through Courmayeur, you absolutely must come! Excellent food, excellent value, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We were served by Azzurra, who looked after us throughout the entire dinner and was truly excellent. I highly recommend it.

Azzurra and Feliciano are very welcoming and always smiling, they are also very attentive to our dog Igor, a biscuit, a bowl of water, we feel good with them it is our favorite place to have an aperitif! Thanks to them 2 :-) Danny and Gina and Igor

06/09/2025: A truly enchanting place. We spent the whole afternoon here after lunch because the restaurant is surrounded by a beautiful meadow and several trails. You reach it after a half-hour walk (at a leisurely pace) along a truly stunning forest trail. The food is all delicious, all homemade, including the wines and grappas... a perfect way to sample a variety of traditional dishes. The fixed price for lunch is €24 per person, excluding drinks, a very reasonable price considering the many generous portions. We'll definitely be back!
26/08/2025: After a 30-minute walk, you'll find the restaurant with a beautiful lawn and centuries-old chestnut trees. An excellent lunch with friends.

05/12/2025: I've been to this spectacular trattoria, right in the center of Aosta, near the Christmas markets. The entrance is beautiful, the interior is very beautiful, and the portions are generous and good value for money. I'll definitely be back. A great place for tourists. Highly recommended!
