Roxy's Vertigo Cocktail Bar is a lovely spot near the Porto Garibaldi waterfront, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or an excellent aperitif, served with a generous plate of appetizers for a reasonable price. The owner is very professional and friendly. I'll definitely be back for an aperitif when I'm in the area.

12/05/2026: We had lunch after visiting the exhibition at Palazzo dei Diamanti, which is a short walk away. The welcome was courteous and professional, but not "stiff," and the menu was informative. The food was typical Ferrarese, tasty, and plentiful. The atmosphere was beautiful, with the option of a pleasant outdoor seating area. I recommend it. The price was fair.
