The owners are helpful and very friendly. Very friendly staff. Super breakfast. Delicious pizza. Location near the center. Would definitely return and recommend.

The food was excellent, I would give it 5 stars, but the waiter was rude to us as foreigners.

We stayed for the Jova bike party and I can say that the rooms, food, and service were excellent. Finally, the staff is extremely courteous and friendly. The morning breakfast is excellent, varied, and plentiful.

RESTAURANT: This is a very excellent restaurant. From my experience, probably the best in Tarvisio. The prices are higher, but everything is made from quality ingredients. The service is not so nice anymore, and we were disappointed. The lady did not listen to the whole order and after the first person who only wanted dessert, we had an unpleasant experience with the fact that the space is intended only for those who will have the main course and the others have another separate space, where we then had to move. The colleague who served us here was rather harsh and arrogant and did not forgive the phrase: ,,don't overthink.'' However, after ordering the main course, which we ultimately wanted, the lady came to apologize and offered us Limoncello as an apology for this unpleasant experience ACCOMMODATION: The accommodation is very nice and spacious by Italian standards. However, the speed of the internet connection was very poor, it was almost impossible to connect to it and during registration it was necessary to fill out a long questionnaire with various details. The bike storage area is a garage that is open during the day, no one is guarding it and anyone can get into the area where the garage is located. There are no bike racks in the garage, so there is absolutely zero security. At check-in, the lady took a photo of the documents so she wouldn't have to copy the information from the documents, which I don't think is appropriate at all considering the GDPR Personally, I didn't like the washing powder that the bed linen and towels were washed in, but I don't include that in the rating because I take it very subjectively.

We stayed and were also satisfied with the food! The soaps and bath products in the room were excellent. The herbal teas were less so, with only two of them and no replacements. The pizza was good, and the goulash was delicious! It's a shame we couldn't use the spa because it wasn't working! We chose it knowing it would rain during our two-day stay. There was little savory choice at breakfast. I had to ask for eggs on the second day. I can't eat starchy foods and sugars, and breakfast here was basically all about those... but according to my partner, they were still good. A note of caution: the breakfast water tasted stale and undrinkable. Overall, we recommend it. Thank you!

We stayed in the hotel annex. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool tub. The breakfast was good, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options.

Amazing gnocchi and pizza. Staff was not very friendly.

Very tasty food we ate here twice, first one was a calzone and a gnocchi sorrentina and the other one was two carbonaras. The service was fast the waiters were kind and welcoming. Price is much higher compared to other restaurants in the town.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are neat and clean. The bed arrangement in our room was for a family. The room has everything except air conditioning. It is worth the money and the breakfast is rich.

Very nice hotel, recently renovated and with a beautiful style of furniture. The food in the restaurant is sublime, a not indifferent assortment of dishes. Very good Neapolitan pizza as well as all the meat and fish dishes. The staff is very kind and friendly. Highly recommended!
