Good pizza, very well located location, only one drawback, the staff needs to be more careful with expired products, I ordered a beer and received one expired on 04.2025! I noticed this and received one with a deadline until 02.2026, be careful of the expiration date if you go!

During our two-week trip through Rome, Naples, and Venice, I nearly passed on Tre Scalini because it only had 2.6 stars—but I’m so glad I gave it a chance. The lasagna was absolutely phenomenal, the Parmigiana di Melanzane rich and perfectly seasoned, and their original tartufo dessert simply outstanding. Pro tip: Don’t let a low star count stop you—some of the best meals can be hidden behind modest ratings. You might miss a truly unforgettable dining experience. We even returned for one last lunch before our flight and loved the cannelloni just as much!

We were there last week. The bill was 91 euros. Plus they charged 18 euros for service. It seemed a bit too much to me. The waiter was Bangladeshi.

Brilliant service and good food but a little pricey

A Welcoming First Taste of Rome at Tre Scalini Tre Scalini was our very first meal in Rome, and it set the tone beautifully for our entire trip. Nestled right on the lively Piazza Navona, we were initially drawn in by the promise of misting fans, a major win for a group of ladies from Colorado adjusting to Rome’s warm, humid summer air! To our delight, this spot turned out to be more than just a place to cool off. The service was warm and attentive, our waiter not only made sure our water glasses stayed full and chilled but even moved an extra fan near our table to keep us comfortable. It was a small gesture that made a big impression. We shared several dishes: the Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe (perfectly creamy and peppery), a unique risotto with pumpkin and spicy salami (a surprising standout), and of course, the classic Spaghetti Carbonara, which did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying for our first Italian lunch. Being right in the heart of the piazza, Tre Scalini does get busy, but it’s still a great place to soak in the energy of Rome while enjoying a relaxed, delicious meal. If you're looking for a charming spot to kick off your Roman holiday, this one is worth a stop.

Beautiful place on Piazza Navone, excellent service from the waiter who took care of us. Very clean bathrooms with a dedicated waiter. Very good truffle.

The ice cream is delicious, although overpriced, but what they should change is the person who serves it.

Food was amazing, and the staff was great - particularly the friendly service of Belli.
