We had lunch on May 1st. We found the atmosphere very welcoming and cheerful... it was also the occasion of a village flower festival in Piamaggio. Everything was delicious: green gnocchi with sausage, tagliatelle with mushrooms, incredibly tender sliced ​​steak, amazing rabbit, and excellent friggione. To top it off, excellent coffee and zabaglione parfaits. 🔝 We'll definitely be back.

Local cuisine, simple, with generous portions, but prices only slightly lower than those of a Bologna trattoria. The restaurant is rustic and basic, with an outdoor seating area. It's one of the few in the group of houses, also serving as a small market and tobacconist. There's a large parking lot 200 meters away, and it's located on popular CAI trails. 02/05/2026: We went to Cantina del latte on Saturday for lunch (I recommend booking). The staff were friendly and professional, the location beautiful, and the food excellent.
27/04/2026: On Sunday, April 19th, I celebrated my daughter's First Communion at La Cantina del Latte, and once again, the experience was truly excellent. I had already had the pleasure of celebrating my twins' Confirmation here the previous year, and I had a wonderful time there too. Both I and all the guests had a wonderful time, appreciating not only the splendid location surrounded by the greenery of the Centro al Gese, but also the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. A special thank you goes to Stefania for her kindness, availability, and professionalism, which made both days even more enjoyable and meticulously crafted. The food was truly excellent: carefully prepared, tasty, and beautifully presented, enjoyed by all the guests. Furthermore, as a vegetarian, I greatly appreciated the wide selection of vegetarian dishes, all well-prepared and flavorful. An absolutely positive experience that I highly recommend for events and special occasions.
