We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. Despite it being packed and not having booked, they seated us anyway, warning us of the long wait. What can I say? The food was truly excellent. We ordered: 1 tagliatelle with meat sauce, 2 tortelloni with butter, and 4 grilled meats. We'll definitely be back.

Relatively anonymous on the outside, but welcoming and spacious inside.
Family atmosphere.
Excellent first courses (the tagliatelle are homemade) and steak.

We ate well, but unfortunately the dining room is very noisy; something would be needed to dampen the reverberation.
The owners are very kind, but they could use more help in the dining room. I didn't have a chance to ask for salad dressing, so I had to search for it and get it from their cabinet. 😅

We're longtime customers of Saggittario, and it's always a pleasure to return. The restaurant retains all the warmth and charm of authentic Emilian trattorias, where tradition blends with attention to every detail.
Four of us dined, starting with cured meat appetizers accompanied by the famous torta fritta, light and fragrant, as only Emilians know how to make it. Authentic, generous flavors that speak of the land and the hands of those who know it.
Then the star of the evening: the Florentine steak on lava stone, served at the table and carved before your eyes with the confidence and grace of someone who truly knows their craft. Perfectly cooked, the meat tender and flavorful, surrounded by golden, crispy potatoes and accompanied by a lively and fragrant Lambrusco that made everything even more enjoyable.
To finish, the house desserts, simple and authentic, served with an excellent nocino liqueur, gave the evening the perfect finishing touch.
A special thanks to Elena, the true soul of the restaurant: friendly, attentive, and always ready to make every guest feel at home.
A restaurant you'll always want to return to, because it combines quality, hospitality, and authenticity—values that are now rare and precious.
Highly recommended for those who love good, authentic Emilian cuisine.

We discovered this place thanks to my son, who had been coming here several times... we ate very well... The tortelli were spectacular, not to mention the meat!!!!! The owner is a fantastic and super nice person!!!! We are from Pescara and next time we come to Parma we will definitely stop at Sagittario 😉💯👍

The food was really good. However, the owner was the one doing all the work, while what I assume was her husband shuffled around the dining room doing practically nothing, leaving a constant line of people at the cash register wanting to pay. I imagine his workaholic spirit wasn't much appreciated by the owner, so they argued among the customers, creating a pleasant atmosphere of domestic tension. Overpriced, but excellent cured meats nonetheless.

We stopped by chance, but it was a wonderful surprise. Excellent food, unpretentious but perfect service. Very fair prices. We'll definitely be back.

A place for carnivores.....excellent meat....usually you start with an appetizer while waiting for the Florentine steak.....about 1.5 kg for every 2 people.....at the table a griddle to finish cooking to your liking....the atmosphere is a little smoky....the owner is grumpy but that's a nice thing....well done.
