A jewel in disguise! Don't let the bar/restaurant's physical equipment fool you - the food was some of the best we've tasted on holiday, this applies to both their pizza and pasta. Here you get a lot of value for money. The staff were very nice and they communicated as well as they could in English, which we appreciated. We ate there twice and if we are in the area in the future we will eat there again.

The best food around and I can judge it, living here for 6 years. Mega great pizza, fillets, homemade pasta and incredibly nice service. I can definitely recommend it

It is truly true that absolute excellences are hidden in the Italian provinces, which express their triumph in simplicity. Tagliatelle with meat sauce or porcini mushrooms, mouth-watering salted fillet all at an excellent price. Highly recommended

Excellent soft and digestible pizza, with tasty options such as the one I tasted, raw briè and caramelized Tropea onion. Quality ingredients. I won't fail to return to taste the restaurant part too.

Locale situato al primo piano sopra al bar nella piazza. Il ristorante è carino e le cameriere molto cortesi. Buona sia la pizza che la cucina. Gustosissimi i funghi fritti. Prezzi onesti

A beautiful place that you don't expect. We stopped first for a beer in this very casual bar and then for dinner and they took us to the room upstairs where there is a beautiful, well-kept room that you wouldn't expect. Really good wine suggested by the waiter (Centine, Banfi winery), generous and tasty portions, attentive and courteous service, excellent bill... what more could you want?!

17/08/2024: Fantastic experience! The room is small and very welcoming and the environment, in general, is familiar. The lady in the dining room is uniquely kind and very professional in explaining the dishes and the raw materials. What can I say about the cuisine... exceptional! All ingredients of excellent quality. We will be back as soon as possible
16/08/2024: Great place. Coincidentally visited. But really worth coming… all was great… food, service, atmosphere. Small place and feel like home. Especially thanks to the very nice lady who was serving us like a family. Thank you to be able enjoy our dinner so much;)

29/08/2024: Very tasty food and the boss is an icon! If you are in Bologna you should definitely eat there!
24/08/2024: What a gem of a place!!! Lovely Italian vibe to it. Nothing fancy, emphasis is on the quality, flavour of the freshly prepared food. Can't fault the food at all, words will not do justice to the food. Best would be to go and experience this lovely little restaurant. Having tried the other highly recommended & famous highly rated restaurants in Bologna, this is The Trattoria to go. You wouldn't be disappointed.
