We chose the Custom Food Menu and the Fermenti d'Estate Menu, and let me tell you: it was the perfect decision! 🌞 Custom Food is an explosion of creativity, with preparations that challenge the imagination and combine flavors in ways you never thought possible. Dishes like the Salmon in nori seaweed marinated in kombucha, fermented peppers and sour milk foam, and not to mention the cherry-smoked sturgeon, nettle powder, pollen, feta, and aromatic salad, are an experience that captivates and surprises. Every course is meticulously crafted, with the freshest, seasonal ingredients that exude passion and craftsmanship. 🦐🍋
The Fermenti d’Estate Menu was equally extraordinary, with bold pairings that celebrate summer flavors in an innovative way. Each dish is a perfect balance between Piedmontese tradition and experimentation, with presentations that resemble works of art. 🎭 I'm not exaggerating: here, cooking isn't just food, it's edible poetry! 🍽️
And what about the Moscato d'Alba DOC that accompanied our dinner? 🍇 A golden, fresh, and aromatic nectar that enhanced every flavor, making the experience even more memorable. The wine list is extensive and carefully selected, a true paradise for lovers of fine wine. 🥂
