Since we are in the area, we looked for a place to eat based on the reviews, also attracted by the curiosity to try something new. We can say that the reviews were right. Personally, I was very impressed: the place is quiet, clean and welcoming.
Those who ordered the tuna, unfortunately, were disappointed because it was burnt and had a bitter aftertaste.
For the rest, I can say that we will definitely return a second time. Overall, a good experience!

We ate at Ristorante Genzianella in Pollein and the experience was really pleasant. Informal and welcoming environment, with outdoor tables ideal for enjoying the beautiful days. The staff is friendly and nice, always ready with a smile.
The menu is varied: tasty pizzas, typical Aosta Valley dishes and also fish options - a pleasant surprise considering the location. Prices in line with the area and what is offered.
The only small note: a few too many flies, but completely understandable in an outdoor setting surrounded by greenery. Overall, an excellent choice for a relaxed dinner on the outskirts of Aosta. Recommended!

We sat in the garden and ate. Fantastically cozy, good and friendly service. Wednesday evening and almost full. Locals go here. Will be happy to come back.

A trattoria discovered by chance, but we were very satisfied. I would like to point out that we did not book any tables, since as I said before we discovered it by chance, but we were lucky that a table of 4 cancelled shortly before we arrived. We only ate dishes off the menu (deer, sliced veal with porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle with deer ragù) and I can say that everything was very good (the veal was cooked perfectly, the meat melted in your mouth) and in my opinion the portions were nice and generous. So if we are in that area again we will definitely eat there.

Nice place but too hot, we ate a second course with a very good side dish with generous portions but we had to wait 40 minutes before the order arrived. The waitresses and the owner who were trying to ask about the wait seemed to me to be pretending not to hear. Medium-high quality/price. Parking near the venue at no cost..
