A dream birthday... guys, this location is crazy... it feels like immersing yourself in another world... the rooms are stupendous, the frescoes are magical... the food is something you will remember forever... so I would say passed with flying colors - kindness of the staff

I often stay here and till now stayed more than 30 nights. Some rooms need renovation and improvement, yes. But whenever I reported an issue I saw there is a progress, so it shows management cares about issues. I like this calm place.

I celebrated my 50th birthday 🎂🎉. Perfect dinner, impeccable service and excellent staff. Recommended for people from Milan and beyond. Thank you ☺️...it's like being with family 🫶

This hotel is a bit of a maze. But nice and comfortable

Nice hotel, very friendly staff at the reception trying to help, location at bit far away from center, but can be reached quickly with subway - walk or bus required to get to that station. Rooms are nice, but struggled with the baths, as no curtains around bathtub (apparently all room like that), there are also rooms with showers, room was quite warm overnight despite aircon on, was told to approach reception next time, breakfast buffet was good, particularly the coffees, although I would expect if it says it open at 7am, it doesnt open 10 minutes later, there are some parking slots outside (free) and in the underground (20 eur/day), although the number is limited. I was lucky to find one. There is also a small gym. Overall a nice stay.

Stunning architecture and beautiful location on outskirts of town. Lavish breakfasts and helpful hosts ensured a most delightful stay. Highly recommended and would return again - if fortunate to do so 🤩

Wow. This hotel has single-handedly won the title of 'best room' I (and my partner) have ever stayed in. We were very kindly upgraded to 1 of only 2 luxurious rooms in this hotel with the remaining frescos still intact within the actual room. The space was extremely large and tall with beautiful artwork all around the walls. Sadly, we only booked for one night as our priority was heading up to Como so we imagined this would be a brief pit stop in Milan. However when we checked in, we simply didn't want to leave and wished we booked a second night here!! This hotel exceeded all of our expectations and we had a magical (albeit short) time here. We were informed by the concierge that the other room had frescos that were more intact and better preserved so we'll never know what they look like but we actually preferred the more rustic looking interior of our room. It is unlikely that most people will be able to stay in these rooms as there are so few - we just got extremely lucky. But this review is specifically through the viewpoint of our experience and I can't give this hotel any lower than a perfect score for a perfect stay.

Lovely genuine traditional looks and feel

Luogo magico in mezzo al verde, cibo ottimo con il giusto pizzico di creatività, un piacere per gli occhi le pareti affrescate. La torta di mele semplicemente sublime. Un po’ lento il servizio, ma ci ha dato l’opportunità di chiacchierare in serenità con i commensali. Ci torneremo e lo raccomandiamo.

Location davvero stupenda, cibo buono e servito in maniera eccellente.
