I am a regular return guest to this great hotel. If there were any problems, the staff - special thanks to Isabelle and Stefano - immediately came to my aid. Every time they are very nice, as if you are coming home. The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide selection, always fresh and tasty. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, they could use a modernization, but they still harmonize pleasantly with the atmosphere of the romantic building.

Very lovely place and nice breakfast, the stuffs there are very friendly and patient. Recommended! I spent a romantic evening with my partner here in my birthday, fantastic! Also thanks to the stuff to wish me a happy birthday 🎁 ❤️❤️❤️

We stayed for a weekend. Reception of the night shift is really friendly and helpful!We got an upgrade in a really nice room at 4th floor. Breakfast could be better and I would recommend to use a cold surface in the cheese so they don't get hot and off soon! Also I can't understand why it closes at 10.00 in weekends and why breakfast staff are rude and don't speak english. The breakfast hall is amazing and it takes you back in time of Renaissance with its wall paintings. The location is perfect if you have a car but not the best option without one. Of course we visited again in our last visit in Milano, as its our best choice when visiting the city! Staff as always very friendly, great breakfast, free parking spot in a secured parking! We had a beautiful surprise for our anniversary in the room! Thanks you so much once again!!

Excellent service, quality restaurant and comfortable rooms at this hotel. It is a haven in the midst of a noisy and congested area. The history of the hotel and quality of the restoration is amazing. There are even some original frescos left to see. As Hilton Diamond members we were upgraded to a newly renovated suite that was spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Free WiFi, parking, and breakfast.

Posto davvero bello e caratteristico. Peccato che un po’ si senta l’aria da hotel. Per quanto riguarda il cibo molto buono anche se non sempre eccezionale. Alcuni piatti mi hanno un po’ deluso, il broccolo brasato ottimo ma davvero troppo semplice. Nel complesso Comunque tutto molto buono compresi i dolci. Personale davvero simpatico, tutti cordiali e con il sorriso. A tratti un po’ lunga l’attesa ma nulla di eccessivo. Unico neo sicuramente andrebbe migliorata l’indicazione per raggiungere il ristorante, senza chiedere alla reception non sarei mai riuscito a trovarlo.

Rapporto qualità prezzo non soddisfacente, il risotto ci è stato addebitato a 5€ in più rispetto al prezzo del menù, purtroppo ci siamo accorti solo in parcheggio e non sono certo pochi euro a cambiare la vita ma non è mai piacevole la "presa in giro"/"svista" se così si può definire. Non ci è stato fatto lo sconto Yums e non l'abbiamo reclamato per il semplice motivo che la persona che ha voluto pagare trovava poco elegante chiederlo, motivo per cui ha pagato il conto che ci è stato portato. Il servizio è deludente per il tipo di luogo, alla domanda "cosa sono le morchelle" la risposta è stata: "una specie di verdura" ... Per un ristorante di questo genere, credo sia sufficiente per capire il livello di preparazione ... Non dico di avere una formazione alberghiera (auspicabile) ma almeno il menù andrebbe imparato. Ah, sarebbe bastato dirmi che le morchelle sono le spugnole e avrei capito. Vini al calice scarsi. Ho anche percepito una certa fretta nel servizio, qualche consiglio o due spiegazioni sarebbero cosa gradita. Per il resto la qualità del cibo c'è, è gradevole e nessuna lamentela a riguardo. Ma i prezzi davvero esagerati soprattutto in relazione al servizio ed alle quantità delle varie portate.
