Highly recommended place. Very crowded in August but lots of staff working hard to please everyone. They manage to clear the queues without waiting too long. Exquisite freshly made food. Excellent first courses with different choices. Delicious sabina pasta. Excellent organization. When you discover a place like this... what can I say... you return to the usual place.

Qualità e organizzazione al top. La signora una grande padrona di casa. Tavola calda di grande qualità. Servizio ai tavoli velocissimo e molto rispettoso. Veramente una gradita sorpresa. Pranzo in 30 minuti.

A family at work, mother, father, daughter and son lead the only real entrepreneurial activity in Terminillo which is deservedly growing. The food offered is excellent, the rooms are welcoming, the aperitifs and appetizers are imaginative. A separate mention for the desserts and some yeasts produced by the Lady. Don't miss the tiramisu or the fried donuts, if you love tarts you will be happy. After a short time they will know that you like coffee by the glass or long or short or in a cold cup and you will just have to enter to be asked to confirm your order. Open practically all year round, the courtesy and friendliness remain unchanged. The ice cream shop where you can enjoy excellent ice creams and Adelmo's fantastic mimosa has been open for a couple of years (consult the internet for the history of the mimosa). Single portions are always available for larger cakes, reservations from one day to the next. Update August 2024. I would say that they are also enjoying success for aperitifs. On the sweet side, it is possible to request the lactose-free mimosa (today we try to ask if it is also possible to request the lactose-free single portions).

The historic Terminillo bar is always a guarantee. Luciano and his family maintain a high quality standard that does not leave you disappointed, even on weekends. The guys who help them are also very good.

03/09/2024: Lovely place, excellemt view on lake Piediluco. Let's talk about pizza: many bases to choose from, all of them very light. Excellent and varied choice of toppings, all very tasty. My pizza (Piediluco, if you wanted to know) was awesome! Decent choice of beers, some of them are artisan and worth a try. An all-round enjoyable experience, totally recommended!
22/07/2024: pizza strepitosa in un locale "semplice" ma dal giardino e veranda una vista spettacolare sul lago con tramonto e colori eccezionali ed un clima fresco per uscire dalla calura della città. servizio giovane molto ben organizzato e veloce con prezzi onesti per la qualità dei prodotti

L'Oasi Del Colle

11/06/2024: The experience I am having, in the person of my mother, is excellent. I highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a homely, safe and comfortable environment for their loved ones. A place surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. Furthermore, the environment is very clean, in excellent condition and developed all on one floor. But what really struck me was the qualified and caring staff. I have found that each member of staff genuinely cares about the well-being of their guests, going the extra mile in caring for people, demonstrating empathy, understanding and patience that goes beyond their job. I sincerely thank and congratulate Yuri, Mrs. Luana and all the staff.
10/06/2024: The Oasi del Colle is truly an Oasis. My dad is an 89 year old guest who is lucky enough to live there together with other guests and enjoy all the advantages of a place surrounded by nature and suitable for a real family! Few guests, rooms and common areas all on the ground floor, spacious and bright rooms, a beautiful garden, continuous and personalized assistance, entertainment and joy. And then the home visits from the doctor, the psychologist, the activities, the hairdresser, the hygiene care, the laundry service, the priest and the mass, the personal pampering for individual needs! What can I say... we get along very well and I consider it lucky to have found this place! Thanks to Yuri and his mother Luana for the daily attention, and to all the staff!
