23/12/2025: I visited Eat, Artisti del gusto illy during a shopping trip at the Castel Romano Designer Outlet, and the experience was mixed but interesting. The restaurant is located inside the outlet, perfect for a break between shops, and offers pizza, quick dishes, coffee, and snacks, all with the guarantee of Illy coffee, which is truly excellent. The pizza by the slice is light and crispy, with a well-made dough and tasty toppings; it was one of my favorite things. The Illy coffee is also high-quality and perfect for a quick break. The atmosphere is casual and lively, with both indoor and outdoor tables, ideal for a simple stop while shopping. For me, Eat, Artisti del gusto illy is a good stop for a quick break while shopping; the pizza and coffee are good, and the atmosphere is convenient and informal.
