Bar Stella di Maria Antonietta In Sorano

We stopped by for an aperitivo during a stroll through town. We ordered two glasses of white wine with a small appetizer of crostini, chips, olives, and peanuts. The price was very fair (€7 total), and we were pleasantly surprised. The wine was very good, and the owner was able to explain its origins thoroughly. The seating inside is a bit limited, but there's room for everyone on the veranda (even the enclosed one). Recommended for an aperitivo.

I think it's under new management...nice and friendly owners. Excellent cappuccino and an enviable location.

Absolutely love this place and the people who work here! I was lucky enough to visit Sorano for a month and tried to get here every morning for my Americano and Croissant! The prices are magnificent especially if you are coming from the USA!
