We visited this bar this morning, and I have to say that the hospitality is their strong point. We had a croissant, a coffee, and a cappuccino, and the products were undoubtedly top-notch. The atmosphere is slightly dated, but that can be overlooked, as some of the photos on the walls of the dining room suggest a certain connection to the place's past. It's a simple bar, but also emotionally welcoming. Kudos to the owner, who is clearly the soul of the place.

30/11/2025: Wonderful osteria where the food is excellent, the service excellent, and the value for money is amazing!!! The appetizers—the erbazzone, the baciocca, the Russian salad, the cold cuts with torta fritta, and the pumpkin soufflé—are very good, not to mention the snails à la bourguignonne. The first courses—the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, the tortelli with herbs, and the anolini in brodo—are all succulent. The asado is incredibly tender and the stewed snails are delicious... The place is very welcoming and the staff very professional... Highly recommended!!!
16/10/2025: A little place hidden in the mountains, really good value for money. Everything I tried just slipped into my mouth, especially the savory pies, which were truly delicious. There's limited parking outside, but it's a great stop during a motorcycle tour.

25/12/2025: Truly authentic flavors in an osteria in the heart of the Parma mountains. Torta fritta and quality cured meats. First course: Bomba di riso made with thinly sliced ​​tongue, a dish I've never tasted before and yet authentic. Boiled cotechino and tongue. Freshly made zabaglione from days gone by with sbrisolona. Stone-style interior with a cast-iron stove that makes you feel right at home.
15/11/2025: Excellent food. But if you're in a hurry, this isn't the place for you. Take your time and savor the delicious dishes coming out of the kitchen. Listen to the staff's valuable recommendations, too. Prices aren't exactly those of a tavern, but you pay for quality.
