service was average which I'm ok with, the deal breaker were the beds, to be specific the mattress, really uncomfortable, thin, you could feel the wedges.

Mediocre breakfast, poor reception friendliness, separate beds were requested and they did not consider it. Without a minibar, if you use the key to the safe you don't have a light because they are on the same keychain

Très bon accueil ! Bar Restaurant qui est ouvert un des plus tard de la ville de bellagio. Le restaurant en contre bas offre une vue magnifique sur le lac! À recommander et à faire pendant votre séjour là bas!

31/12/2024: Paramos aquí para un almuerzo muy rápido, ya que queríamos tomar el próximo ferry. Nos sirvieron rápidamente y el Speck y queso Panini's vino rápidamente y las cervezas también se sirvieron muy rápido. Disfrutamos de las vistas al lago y ver a la gente en la plaza mientras comíamos. Gracias al servicio rápido y vuelta que cogimos nuestro ferry también. Tuvimos una buena experiencia aquí, pero solo para cervezas y sándwiches de panini.
14/12/2024: ottima la cioccolata densa e ancora più buona la torta ai pinoli. Posizione centrale come dice il nome del locale. Bel locale con ampia vetrata che permette di vedere lo splendido Lago. Servizio molto cordiale
