I've been coming here for years and I will continue to come, the food is delicious, especially the pizza, Micaela and Paola are our favourites, too bad about Silvestro 😂😂😂😂 but we love him just the way he is

I have been coming to this bakery since 2009 and will never change! I have seen various staff pass through this bakery but the milestones have remained (Micaela and Paola) and the kindness and goodness has never changed! Good pizza, good bread, good gastronomy and everything. Silvestro's top coffee shop!

Fraschetta Da Rugantino

06/05/2025: È una tipica fiaschetta di Ariccia con menù fissi per turisti a prezzi bassi più un piccolo menù alla carte. L'antipasto è abbondante ma in funzione del numero di commensali, una fetta / pezzo a testa per tipologia di salumi e formaggi mozzarella ecc... una ciotola con fagioli ed una di trippa, buona la porzione di porchetta. Nel complesso i salumi ed i formaggi normali senza nessuna eccellenza. Abbiamo poi provato le salsicce e gli arrosticini, buoni, ma un po' troppo conditi. Abbiamo poi provato una Amatriciana una Cacio e Pepe ed una Carbonara, buone le prime due mentre la Carbonara da dimenticare. Se si vuole provare un po' di tipicità romane senza troppe pretese può andare bene, per i palati raffinati consiglio di andare altrove. Prezzo onesto e basso.
02/03/2025: Locale carino e accogliente dove con 15/20 € puoi soddisfare il palato e lo stomaco. Antipasto ottimo e primi fantastici, il tutto tipicamente ROMANESCO e con un servizio veloce , carino e cortese. Grazie ragazzi per l'ospitalità ed il caffè offertoci.

28/05/2025: Very good pizza, and really kind and helpful staff. I placed the order from the app but I made a mistake regarding the collection. In the store they promptly solved the problem, always with kindness and courtesy. Thanks again and congratulations!!!
26/05/2025: More than the single point of sale, this review refers to the home delivery app service (in this specific case, however, the pizzeria involved in the order is this one on Via del Serafico). The pizza is very good (perhaps a little expensive) and the offer on the proposed flavors is really interesting and original. The supplì are also very good. Unfortunately, however, in the last order, the pizza arrived almost an hour late and was already cold. While waiting, we also tried to call the point of sale to find out if there had been any problems and/or delivery forecasts but the only available contact was unreachable. Too bad, maybe I'll try it again "on site" but I don't know if I'll use the home delivery service again.
