A bistro disguised as a bar, with the soul of a restaurant and a few light-hearted touches. Whether for breakfast, a rich aperitif or a tasty and quality meal, Bar Roma is the right place. An excellent selection of wines and a competent hand for cocktails and drinks, accompanied by tasty appetizers. And for those who have lunch here, the menu is exceptional, with typical and carefully prepared dishes and carefully selected raw materials. A plus, a little attention for the ladies in the bathroom: well done!

For tourists, bar roma should be a mandatory stop. For courtesy and for the typical wines...if you have to take a lunch break, go for sure...or aperitif.

Castello Rosso

08/07/2025: Beautiful, truly historic place, surrounded by greenery that gives it a touch of magic! The only flaws... the room had an electrical noise problem (reported to reception when leaving) and... to turn on the light, you had to use the white card "stuck" near the door!
06/07/2025: We got married at Castello Rosso and we couldn't have wished for a more magical location for such a special day. The castle is simply enchanting: surrounded by greenery, with romantic views and a fairytale atmosphere that won us and all our guests over. The organization was impeccable: the staff was always available, professional and attentive to every detail, making us feel welcomed and pampered right from the first inspection. They were able to transform our ideas into reality, with great care and sensitivity. The reception took place in an elegant but relaxed atmosphere, and every moment - from the aperitif in the garden to the open bar under the stars - was unforgettable. The quality of the food also exceeded all expectations: refined, abundant and perfectly prepared dishes. We recommend Castello Rosso with all our heart to those looking for a place to experience a dream wedding, surrounded by beauty, history and wonderful people. 💖

25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved even further. Also thanks to the addition of Andrea Serale to the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors, new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices that can satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper, for me. For work reasons I will not be able to dine at amae, this week, and on Saturday they will close. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will close, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Happy to have been able to go again this evening. Thanks Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.
