13/12/2025: There are no words to describe the cuisine I tried at this restaurant, every dish reflects the traditions and flavors of yesteryear. Highly recommended.
26/11/2025: The two first courses were excellent: tonnarelli cacio e pepe and a remarkable carbonara. It's a shame there are so few traditional Roman dishes. The restaurant tries to project a Michelin-starred air, as many unfortunately do nowadays, starting with the choice of glasses, which are as low as Ikea candle holders. Service is rather slow, but friendly.

05/12/2025: I've been both on-site and ordered takeout (they deliver practically everywhere, in my case, to Nettuno). The pizza is delicious; the dough is really good and light. The delivery was fast, with no delays whatsoever; everything was fine. No complaints 👌
