Wobderful place. The owners really take pride in their food and they really want you to have a good time. The food was excellent and the amount of thought put into everything was just wonderful. 10/10 recommend

Excellent mountain-style restaurant, furnished with taste and sobriety. You can see the attention in everything, from the location to the dishes. There is research and care also in the choice of raw materials and their combination and the dishes are not simply "food", but a set of emotions that involve all the senses. The staff is courteous and polite. Better to book. Average prices.

Giornata piovosa rallegrata da un ottimo pranzo al ristorante Flizzi. Personale gentile ed attento, cibo ottimo. Abbiamo gustato tomino con speck, nocciole e melograno, gulash di cervo con purè e un piatto di macugnaghese. Tutto molto gustoso. Consigliato.

Very welcoming place with typical mountain furnishings. Typical Piedmontese home-made cuisine, dishes presented in a modern way, beautiful to look at and good to eat. Staff attentive to customer care and the best advice on wines to accompany the dishes. An excellent reference point for Macugnaga.

20/09/2025: Perfect welcome, in French! A well-served aperitif with a very good appetizer. Delicious dishes. Only the tiramisu would need to be revised less to stay within the traditional recipe. A very good place to remember

Grand Hotel Des Iles Borromees

20/10/2025: A very cool hotel, built in old traditions. The interior and exterior are incredibly beautiful, with original paintings on the walls, old furniture, swirls, and tapestries. Awesome spa with a hot tub and the opportunity to swim outside. Super location. If anyone's interested, there's a helipad across from the hotel. The hotel has its own private park.
