Passing by, I ate at this culinary wonder. The dishes were truly meticulously prepared, including a special Val d'Ossola cured meats appetizer with two truly exceptional cheeses, delicious polenta concia, and a veal round with tuna sauce and delicious capers—truly superb. The house Val d'Ossola wine was also excellent, and to finish, the Catalan cream with figs and a truly special hazelnut and zabaglione cake! We dined at Ristorante Flizzi di Staffa in Macugnaga and it was a memorable experience.
Kudos to the chef for his excellent dishes made with the highest-quality ingredients, to the waitress for her attentiveness and professionalism, and to the owner, a great wine connoisseur, who welcomed us warmly and spent time with us after dinner.
Impeccable service, a refined atmosphere, and unforgettable dishes. It's a shame we only discovered it on the last day of our vacation: we would have loved to try the entire menu!

Wonderful restaurant in the main square. We went for dinner and the beef cheek main was a treat. They have gluten free options and gluten-free bread. The service is excellent. They were open only for a short time in the afternoon and in the evening - so recommend calling and making a reservation.

A typical mountain restaurant, welcoming and family-friendly. Excellent food, featuring local produce. The staff is friendly and generous with explanations of the dishes. Ample parking is available a few hundred meters away.

A very charming restaurant in Staffa's main square. We ate outside, but the inside is also very beautiful. The service was prompt and attentive. The menu is very interesting, with unique dishes and beautifully balanced flavors. Everything was excellent, from appetizer to dessert! Highly recommended.
