We had dinner for the first time in this place, having bruschetta with oil, the latter being of high quality. I later ate the pizza with Pecorino, olive cream, the dough was good and fine as I like it. Very spartan environment. Very friendly and smiling staff

Nice location but the food didn't impress me. The choice was limited and I consider this a positive thing because it allows the kitchen to concentrate on the few proposals but which unfortunately I did not find to my taste.

Restaurant on Mount Amiata on the road between Casteldelpiano and le Macine. The outdoor space is excellent and very fresh. Courtesy of the staff. Average prices. Simple dishes.

Definitely good pizza, good gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, good tripe, the only thing I didn't like at all was the Milanese cutlet, clearly from the supermarket and defrosted with water still coming out of the breading, place immersed in the woods, the room leaves desire. Would I go back? I don't know

Booking the table at 9.15pm, as soon as we arrived we waited 20 minutes before being seated. For too many people inside the restaurant. The service is exceptional, after 5 minutes 5 pizzas arrived. The pizzas are thin and above all they are not heavy. Excellent food, the only flaw is that when we arrived the tables outside were closed 🤷‍♂️ and the view of the garden was very beautiful. The desserts are the highlight in my opinion

05/01/2025: Una delle migliori pizze della zona e non solo a mio giudizio. Recentemente si sono forniti di un forno speciale, una sorta di Ferrari dei forni a legna per le pizze. Ambiente molto gradevole a 5 minuti da Grosseto, sulla strada per il mare. Non ho provato gli altri piatti per cui non posso esprimere giudizi, ma la pizza è al top. Provare per credere!
15/09/2024: Scelta un po’ casuale alla ricerca di una pizzeria, non potevamo trovare posto migliore in zona. Ambiente molto accogliente, bello e piacevole. Abbiamo mangiato pizza, che dire se non squisita? L’impasto leggero ma saporito, ingredienti gustosi e pizza decisamente ricca. Prezzi assolutamente onesti. Incuriosisce anche il menù di pesce, e i piatti che arrivavano ai tavoli intorno, sicuramente torneremo a provare anche qualche piatto di pesce.
