The place is beautiful and welcoming, the staff is very professional, and the service is fast and efficient. I had bruschetta and pizza and really enjoyed them, but the people I was with also had a second course and they also really enjoyed it. It's a beautiful and welcoming restaurant; I would definitely go back.

Excellent restaurant/pizzeria on Mount Amiata, very close to Casteldelpiano. Beautiful setting surrounded by greenery with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Very efficient and professional staff. Excellent value.

Pizza at Bimboli is always a guarantee... the first one goes down beautifully, the second one (instead of the dessert) the same... quick service and very nice manners.

Coming back to BIMBOLI every year for many years is a ritual, a photo taken thirty years ago that hasn't changed, just like the courtesy of the new generations of the owners' children and grandchildren. A team of young waiters manages to serve you with courtesy and speed, even when a sudden downpour forces you into the unchanged dining room instead of the cool chestnut grove. The thin, crispy pizza is loved by my entire family, as are the pici or tagliatelle. Don't listen to anyone who tells you to change; your strength lies in the authenticity of tradition.
