Coming back to BIMBOLI every year for many years is a ritual, a photo taken thirty years ago that hasn't changed, just like the courtesy of the new generations of the owners' children and grandchildren. A team of young waiters manages to serve you with courtesy and speed, even when a sudden downpour forces you into the unchanged dining room instead of the cool chestnut grove. The thin, crispy pizza is loved by my entire family, as are the pici or tagliatelle. Don't listen to anyone who tells you to change; your strength lies in the authenticity of tradition.

Nice place, family atmosphere, very kind staff. Despite the many people, in 40 minutes we had dinner with an excellent pizza, light, thin but crunchy and well seasoned. We'll be back. Thank you.
